They came on time, they fit like a glove. They are waterproof and the leather strap and buckle really come in handy for lashing down the shoestrings and keeping them from flopping around and coming untied. Besides, it looks great too! I'd buy from them again!

Heavy Duty : Good Looks
I purchased these because I wanted something that would protect my ankles but not look or feel awkward while riding or in the local cafe. When I got them they made my heels blister up twice (no pain, no gain because now they fit great). They will stain socks especially when they get wet as do a lot of “black” Joe Rocket products (must be a dye issue). The straps are super-cool and these boots have been scraped and had chemicals spill on them from various lab experiments and they are still holding up strong. They are also made of a heavy construction. I'm very happy with them.

These are *BIG* boots
I ordered these for street riding, and figured they'd fit the bill for wearing with jeans. My Oxtars are squeaky, and look a bit out of place in the office. Let me say that these boots seem to be well made, and have reflective dots on the back for safety. Their only downfall is they are very wide. They fit my foot, but I call these 'moon boots' because they are huge. I have not worn them to work as a result.

Ugly Bang Boots
When I first saw these boots over the internet I thought they looked ok. But as soon as they arrived and I took a good long look at them and was very disappointed. First the style looked like a snow skiing boot. They fit my foot ok but that was it. The features of the boot like the buckle still made me think I was getting ready for a trip to the mountains to go skiing. Way to Big and Bulky for what I was looking for in a good riding boot. I wanted a little more streamed line and less weight boot and these were not the ones.

Good look, affordable price
Overall, these boots deliver good style and protection. They are my first pair of riding boots so I don't have anything to compare them to, but they seem pretty comfortable - even enough to walk around the mall for a bit. Expect the heels of your socks to be black after wearing them for the first dozen times or so. You might consider wearing only dark socks at first.

Very nice boots!
I was a little unsure at first because they we pretty stiff out of the box, but once they were broken in (about a week) they became my every day riding boots. Not too high and not too low and they feel very solidly built.

Joe Rocket Big Bang Boots
The boots were very stiff when I received them and I was afraid they would take a long time to break in, but I was very surprised that after wearing them for only two days they became very comfortable. They give my feet a lot of support when riding my bike. I got stuck in a down poor the second day I wore them and it was the only part of my body that was dry when I got home, it was awesome!!!! Over all I love the boots and I think they look great.

Big Bang Boots
Purchased boots for about 2 months and find them to be warm, dry and comfortable. I have a wide foot and they fit perfect, I would recommend these boots to anyone that wears a wide boot/shoe. As far as styling goes they look low key and pretty stylish, and for under $90 what else can I say. Can't comment on durability, haven't been wearing them long.

good and bad
These boots seem to be holding up pretty well... problem is that they are too stiff in the soles, so stiff in fact that the high top digs into my Achilles tendon as I walk, and throws off my gate so much my knees hurt from just walking short distances. Unfortunately they won't let me ride my motorcycle through the office. They are wide though for those of us with a bit of girth to our feet and that makes them more comfortable than most boots.

too bulky
The picture shows this boot looking much slimmer but when I got them they are very bulky and very stiff. I will be sending them back. They would be good if you have a long time to break them in. Highly durable.

Solid, Durable, Good Looking Boot
This boot may not be as comfortable as a tennis shoe, but as boots go, it's plenty comfy. I have worn them about 4 times, each time for almost a full day. If these boots get more comfortable as the break in, they will be a 5 on fit too. I get lots of compliments on these boots and I can already tell these will last me for years.

Joe Rocket Big Bang
Nice style to wear with jeans. Very stiff at first. I am hoping they will eventually break in. It squeaks alot where the tongue touches/rubs at the top of the boot. Very irritating when walking. Hope that goes away with time.

Good after breakin
These boots were very uncomfortable in the beginning, especially in the heel where it cut my heels after walking in them. But over time they have become much more comfortable, I were them all the time regardless if I'm riding or not. They are tough on socks and leave dye stains that won't wash out. Despite all that I love these boots, they looks good and are usable for everyday wear. A big seller for me was the wide width of these boots, allot of boots don't accommodate those of us with wide feet. I would buy these again.

These boots are very uncomfortable, very stiff, and guarnteed to ruin socks each time you wear them. They leave dye stains on your socks that won't wash out. I wouldn't buy them again.

Big Bang Boot
This is a very sturdy and well made boot. Definitely worth purchasing if you are seriously into protecting your ankles while you ride. They are a little bit wider than I thought they would be, but its overall a very nice looking boot.
