SMGray Canton,  MI Joe Rocket - Meteor Boots I'm reviewing these boot after a short time of ownership but I have to say that I am very pleased with them. They are sized right... if you are an 11, then order a 11 size and they will fit. They have proven to be durable so far and there is quite a bit of strength in the ankle area which I wanted. You will have to make some adjustments with shifting because of this but the added stability is worth it when stopping and holding up your bike, especially with a passenger on the back. I broke them in by walking around the house for a few days with them. You might want to do the same. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

duucfho Orlando,  FL Fantastic pair of boots I've owned these boots for about two months and they are fantastic. The sizing is spot on compared to my regular shoe size. Have not had a chance to test in a heavy downpour, though it stays dry in light rain. I use them about 3-4 times a week, and the left toe area has held up nicely, with very little wear from the shifter. I can walk around for long periods comfortably (and fairly quietly, too). Just make sure you fasten the Velcro top properly. Otherwise, it will loosen up on you during use. Not really a design flaw, just carelessness on my part. Overall, I think this is a fantastic boot, with great features, and an excellent price.

Devon Pinole,  CA A good buy These boots are a good fit. I wear them for my motorcycle and for everyday wear. I can walk around with them on my feet for hours without my feet hurting. I haven't had to test them in rain yet, so I don't know how waterproof they are. They can get a little warm when real hot outside, but that’s nothing to be alarmed about.

Easy to get on and off-especially for boots, with velcro and adjustable snap latch. They look great when riding and can pass as regular shoes when you get where you're going. So far, very impressed, and have recommended to friends.

Kristal Houston,  TX Frankinstien Boots I really like my new boots. The last pair of Rocket boots I ordered were a little big but these have more of a rounded toe so they are a perfect fit. I ordered a 1/2 size bigger. They are very tough but very comfortable. They were stiff when I first got them and felt like frankinstien boots but now they have broken in and are great. I highly recommend them.

Daniel Atlanta,  GA Good mid range boot First off, try these on in the store before you get them online. I wear a size 11 in the K-Swiss tennis shoe, and am normally a 10 in boots and dress shoes. However, in Joe Rockets I'm a perfect 9, so make sure you try these somewhere before you buy them here. MS has a great price on these and the other JR boots, so MS is usually the best place to buy them. The velcro flap stays together probably 90% of the time, which is fine with me, and the buckle provides a little extra tightness and finish. The only problem is that it can get very hot inside the shoe with thick socks and direct sunlight. On the road it keeps my feet warm at all speeds, but sitting around on a patio in direct sunlight will probably bake your toes. Overall it is a great boot!
