I'd like the closure straps to close tighter over the top of the foot. They come with probably the worst insole in any footwear ever. The insole slides out with your feet, and your foot slips around while walking. Replace the terrible insole with anything else, and the boot becomes very comfortable. It's a little too warm for the summer, but it is a waterproof boot.

I love these boots. While not the most attractive, I feel that my ankle/foot protection has increased 100%. I've worn them in cold and warm weather with no complaints.
Wow, great boot

I read the other reviews when selecting this boot, and boy am I ever glad I did. These are the most comfortable boots I've ever worn, and the grip on the road is terrific. They are so comfortable, they almost feel like a slipper. I wish my other shoes felt this nice. I also like the reinforced toe area where the shift lever rubs, and the fact that the protected lace area keeps water from penetrating the zipper when it rains. Bravo-zulu Firstgear!!

Comfortable fit on the bike. Okay for walking. The zippers work much better after applying some paraffin to smooth out the travel.

I am no way disappointed. These boots initially popped up because of the price range I was looking at and I have been nothing but pleased ever since. There was a certain amount of hesitation in my actually buying a pair of riding boots - my experience has not been all that good with official riding gear in the past - but now I can openly admit my angst was WAY off since mile one with the Express boots. The toe shifter pad with the no-slip-grip on the soles adds to the superior level of confidence, not only with the boots, but with the brand as well. With the style of the boot as a low-profile riding choice, I wear these to work without hesitation or odd looks from co-workers.
Although at times the zipper can catch on the fabric inside and if tightening the Velcro too tight it can catch the inside mesh of my riding pants, it’s just a drop in the bucket when it comes to these boot’s assurance in performance and comfort. In the first month I put the waterproof to the test while dragging a bud’s bike out of a ditch on a Tennessee back road in shin-high water and mud - seriously…these boots provided all advertised statements and more. I’m DEFINITELY planning on purchasing these again.

I have had these boots for a month or so now, and love them! They fit a little snug at first, but after being properly broken in, are much more comfortable. I can honestly say that these boots ARE waterproof after being stuck in a fairly heavy rain on the bike. My only complaints are that the insole tends to move around a little bit inside the shoe while walking around, and the zipper can be a little tricky because of the small piece of rubber underneath, which I assume is a sort of rain flap. All in all, a great boot and worth the money if you ride frequently.

This boot used to be sold as the Diadora Express, and I've had a pair for two years now. They're very comfortable, easy to walk in as well as ride on the bike. Completely waterproof and they've held up well with daily commuting use during the Apr-Oct season.

I'm real happy with this boot. Looks good, fits well and seems like it will protect my feet quite well. Very comfortable to walk around in
