They feel great on and can be worn all day like a sneaker. The only thing is they squeak when you walk. Other than that, great buy, great fit and nice look. Beats wearing my SIDI Corsas all day.
So easy you would actually use them

I didn’t used to put my boots on for short spins because the time and effort. With the Striker system it takes seconds to put them on and off, so you would ride safer. The funky bottom is hidden by your pants and I found the system very durable. I rated 4 for fit because I am 8.5 and they don't make it.
A nice boot

The boa lacing system is very easy to use and quite strong as well. The boots do make noise when you walk, a slight low pitch squeaking if that makes sense. That is the only thing I find annoying about the boots. Otherwise on the bike, they are awesome, nice support.

I bought these boots for commuting and quick errands during the day, and thus far they have performed beautifully. As others have reported, they do have a squishy squeak that I hope goes away when they are broken in but that's a small annoyance compared to the quality of the boot.

I live in AZ, so it's too hot to wear my full boots on many days. These fit the bill. The BEST lacing system ever. They are SO easy to put on & off! Low profile toe area, so it's not too clunky for my sport bike..

I bought these boots over a year ago and I wear them just about every day. So far the durability has been excellent, no rips or holes have developed on the boots. Overall, I'm very content with these boots, considering current offerings on street riding footwear. I wouldn't buy other shoes for dry weather riding. The lacing system is SO convenient and traction is excellent. The AXO Striker boots are pricey, but not so much more than B-ball shoes so many people waste their money on.

LOVE the lacing system. Enough protection, but comfort for walking around in all day. Gals, I'd say it's a 1/2 size smaller than typical mens shoe and definitely narrow if you are a guy. but that's good for me, b/c a 7 fits perfect. I'm normally a women's 8.5. It's a great boot for the price, and a perfect fit if you a a gal. I'm going to stock up.

These are comfortable for boots and very easy on and off. I don't like wearing boots around so if I'm gonna be out and/or waking around a lot, I just throw a pair of sneakers or sandals in the bags and change. With these I actually wear them instead of pushing my luck just wearing sneakers for short trips. They do look kinda funky but so does all bike gear.

I love the Boa system I have it on my gym, road bike and now motorcycle boots. Boots fit well but do squeak a little when you walk in them. I hope it goes away after they break in. Not bad in hot weather not sure about the cold yet.

When I received these shoes I really liked their fit and finish. I also liked their lace system, although I was concerned that if the ratchet ever did break, would I be out a pair of shoes. I ended up returning them for the Icon Field Armor boots, which offer more ankle support and are cheaper.
Not too bad

This is a very good quality boot from what I have seen. I am very impressed with the lace system. Designed so that it tightens evenly as you turn the ratchet.
The toe of the boot seems very narrow and low. There is very little room in there at all. For the first 2 days I couldn’t wait to take it off it was so tight. I don’t know if it’s me getting used to the boot or if it is getting better as the boot gets broke in. Definitely NOT for you if you have a wide foot.
Very thick sole that sticks to just about everything. Perfect for a ride on the bike.
Very good shoe if a bit narrow

I've been riding with the AXO Striker shoes for a few weeks now and really like them. They are stylish and functional. They seem to offer good protection and seem to be durable so far.
The sizing is a bit narrow for my feet. They are better after some brake in but still, if your feet are wider than average, you might find them tight. They also squeak some. It can be reduced by tightening the closure system but so far, I've not found a way to totally eliminate it.
I was skeptical about the closure system but it seems to work fine. I had to remember to make sure the sides of the tongue where tucked under the sides of the shoe before tightening them down but that issue seems to have gone away after some brake in. The tongue has now taken more of a curve and slides under the side of the shoe on its own.

A nice shoe to look at, with a great idea for the lacing. However, on the very first day of wearing this shoe, something came loose inside the left-shoe heel and would roll around and make noise as I walked. The shoe itself is VERY noisy (squeaky) to walk in, in general. Also, even though I tightened down the laces snug to my feet, I found that when I walk my heels actually lift from the bottom of the shoes whilst the front part of my feet stay where they should. All in all, the body of the boot is very stiff. Wish I didn't have to say all that but, that's a factual account of my experience with this shoe.
