Nice Boot
I found the fit accurate for my size feet. I normally wear a 10.5 - 11 and the URO size 45 fits snug and comfortable. They take a little effort to put on, but once on my feet, they fit like a glove. Like many of the reviewers, I found the Toe-Sliders a bit "over the top" and removed them... Just wish I could also get rid of the Toe-Slider attachment tabs. It would also have been nice to have instructions on how to adjust the buckles for optimum fit. I was able to figure them out but instructions would have been nice to have from the beginning. I have had the opportunity to ride with these boots in the rain and my feet stayed dry (though it was a light rain, so I can't say for certain that they would keep a heavy rain out... but I believe that they will). I only have one "real" complaint about the fit, and that has to do with the piece of material on the inside of the boot that goes between the zippered flaps... the folded material causes a pressure point on my ankle bone, which becomes quite uncomfortable if the material isn't carefully folded and pushed forward in the boot before zipping up the side. It just takes a little extra effort and time to get the material folded and placed in the right position to eliminate this discomfort area. Overall, I'm very happy with the boot and would recommend it to anyone.

Awesome Boots!
These boots are the best I've had. They're way comfy and durable, look sharp and protect very well, also keeps your feet dry in the rain..(I know). The only problem I had was the size chart was incorrect, I ordered my size but had to send them back cuz they were too big, so I ordered another pair a size smaller and they fit perfect. Great buy!

Serious boots
These boots are great ever since I put them on I don't even want to ride without them. Haven’t been caught in the rain yet though.

Extremely pleased
People had some nice things to say about these and they seemed to fit the bill so I decided to order, though reserving a healthy bit of skepticism so as not to be disappointed when they didn't quite live up to expectations. There was no need for that, however, as I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Right out of the box, I couldn't believe how fast they are to put on and how COMFORTABLE! They feel like a pair of great-supporting slippers; often after a ride I'll forget to take them off and wear them the rest of the day until bed. Great fit, great looks, the only thing untested so far is the waterproof-ness (?) though I have high hopes.

Great Street Boot
My first real street boot and they are perfect. Rode in the rain several times without any water getting in. They fit great on my feet and the bike. Highly recommend that if you don’t need a full boot, then you should have these!!

Comfortable boots
I'm normally a size 11 and bought the size 46 boots. They are a little large but very comfortable and seem durable.

Great pair of boots!
I've been really pleased w/ my A* S-MX2 boots. They're easy to get on/off, waterproof, windproof (definite step-up from hiking boots :-), and comfortable enough to wear all day long. I did remove the toe sliders as soon as I took the boots out of the box, though; I don't have a need for them, and the boots look much better w/out them.

Alpinestars SMX-2 waterproof black boots
Quick shipment and had them for 2 weeks. These boots are true to size. I ordinarily wear size 9 so ordered Euro 43. Though having a narrow foot, I appreciate the slight bit of extra room (in case of thick socks); going size lower would have been too tight. They are a bit stiff & awkward at first, but after wearing them for around 6 times and around house for couple days, they broke in quickly. The plastic toe protectors pop off easily; boots look better without them. I wanted plenty of flexibility for sport riding and these have work fine. Haven't had a chance to test waterproof aspect yet as there has been no rain that I had to ride in. Easy to get on/off. Clips are a bit clumsy until you get used to them, but do their job. Having now had them for a month, they are even more comfortable and improve significantly with increased use.

S-MX 2 Waterproof Boots
I was initially looking at the Tour Master Response SC boots but after trying them at the store, I found them to be much less comfortable then the S-MX 2. I wear these all day long and they look just fine with slacks or jeans (once you remove the funny looking plastic slider). These boots are truly waterproof and very well made.

Awesome riding boots
Just love them! A couple rides to break them in, and they feel very comfy. Easy to put on, good quality leather, strong boots, look discrete off the bike. Will buy other Alpinestar products.
