Tammy Hayden,  ID Great shoes I bought these just before leaving on a trip to Hawaii. Wanted a light weight boot to wear while riding in Hawaii. These boots fit great from day one and were really comfortable/lightweight but durable. I would recommend these to anyone who wants an alternative to the typical heavy leather motorcycle boot.

Austen California,  CA Shift Racing Fuel Street Shoes These shoes are excellent! I normally wear an 11 1/2 size shoe and bought a size 11 and they worked out great. A bit tight at first, but they broke in very quickly and feel excellent. These are nice as you can still walk easily in them, yet work great while riding on the bike. I can't imagine riding without them! Highly recommended.

Jim Rochester,  NY Nice Shoe Nice comfortable shoe. I usually wear a 10.5 shoe but these only come in full sizes. I went with the 11. They are comfortable but maybe a bit big. I think the 10 would have been too small though. The shoe is good looking and seems to have more protection that a sneaker but not as much as a dedicated riding boot. They offer good grip even when I was caught in a rain storm. Good shoe.

Darryl Sacramento,  CA Sweet riding shoes I was looking for something that didn't make me look like a storm trooper and I found them. These are perfect for riding and provide more protection than any normal shoes and look pretty cool too. I have the black ones and wear them daily and probably will buy another to rotate out and avoid any swamp foot.

Eric Litchfield Park,  AZ Great Shoes This shoe is everything that is said about it. Some say the fit is large but I purchase my normal size and had to go up one to get the comfort I need. Shoe is well built and has a lot of room in the toe area. It feels great while shifting and the style is excellent for after you get off the bike for walking around. Caution: if you have flat feet you will need a better arch support in this shoe.

Patrick morehead,  KY Great shoes I wanted a pair of close fitting boots for riding my Ducati, I didn't want big old Harley type boots. These are a perfect fit for riding sport bikes. The fit is perfect and comfortable. I usually wear size 9 1/2 and ordered the size 9. They are just what I wanted, though a 10 would have worked too I think.

Randall T Orange,  CA Comfortable enough to wear all day These shoes are very comfortable and required no break-in time. I love the fact that they're very lightweight; I can easily walk around all day with no discomfort. My feet are a little wide, and these shoes fit perfectly. One of the rubber bars on the right side is starting to peel off, though.

Don Harris Holt,  MI excelllent shoes if your looking for a good pair of shoes to use for riding & work these would be a pair to get. they are super comfortable didn't really have to wait for them to break in because of the material they are made out of. shoe size was exactly what i wear in regular shoes & the price wasn't any more expensive than a pair of shoes.

Aaron Boston,  MA Quality Boot, Good Price You can’t beat the price on these shoes, and so far they’ve been very durable, much easier to shift than my old, heavy boots. Good control with the bike, laces are tight yet comfortable, the strap is good to go over the laces so they don’t get caught on something, overall well worth it. I got the black and they look pretty much like basketball shoes, so you can wear them with jeans and still look alright, and be comfortable.

Mike Nanaimo,  BC Great for the price. Ordered a mens' 8 and the fit was right on. Have put about 14000 km riding on these boots, including a few 1000 km days in the last couple months, plus lots of walking around and they're pretty comfortable. They are showing some where (couple of the plastic toe protector bars have come off) but not bad considering. Not waterproof, but if you spray them regularly, they're alright in light/moderate rain. Will probably order another pair when these ones wear out.

melloh san jose,  CA Happy Customer First off, I am NOT an experienced rider so this might not be valuable to most. However, I AM happy with the purchase as these shoes are comfortable to wear walking casually and work well w/ regular pants (jeans). I ride a Honda Rebel and didn't feel the need to get a full race boot or the giant mad-max style boots either. This is exactly what I was looking for - a shoe that will proved support and protect my foot and ankle and I can wear and not stand out as a wanna-be-cool-lookin-biker-boy when walking around campus, work, or town. The only thing I'd change about these is to make the white (what I got) a little less....... white. This will make sense if you're not one for flashy clothes.

Brian DeMarco Denver,  CO GREAT!!! Now that I have put a couple hundred miles on them they are really comfortable. I wear them in 85 degree without my feet even breaking a sweat. I wear a 10.5 and ordered a 10...they fit with a perfect snug. You can really feet the shifter and that is a big plus. I am thinking of buying another pair for when these wear out. I only scored a 4 on durability because the bottom of the shoe is a little thin. But in a good way

derik j. tullahoma,  TN Fuel Street Shoes I bought these shoes last year when I got my bike. They’re very well made and I still wear them to this day for riding and sometimes casual outings. My only issue with them is the sizing. I normally wear between 11 1/2 - 12 sizes. I was only able to get it in size 11. I tried the 12 and it was slightly bigger then I liked and the 11 was a little too tight(I solved that problem with a shoe adjuster)Overall; I like the shoes for the style and look. The price wasn't too bad either. If the company should ever come out with half sizes in the future, I will surely purchase them again.

Drew Canandaigua,  NY Shift Racing - Fuel Street Shoes These are the first shoes that I bought for riding and I don't think I'll need to by another pair for years. The materials and craftsmanship of these shoes are top-notch and the fit is perfect. I usually wear a size 11.5 sneaker and the size 11 fit great. The only thing that may worry me down the road is I feel that the loops holding the laces to the shoe look a little weak - as when you tighten the laces it feels like your are stretching the loops out. So far the loops are fine though and I see this maybe being a problem two or three years down the road.

Tom Nashua,  NH Comfortable and protective enough These shoe/boots have a thin and flexible enough toe to easily work the shift lever. They are fairly stiff in the sides, and seem like they would provide decent protection and support to your ankles in a low speed crash. I like the strap that fastens over the laces to keep them from catching on the bike. Note on size: I usually take a 9.5 men’s' shoe. I ordered the size 10 and it fits me perfectly.

Ron Parkersburg,  WV Shift Fuel Street shoe I bought these shoes as I wanted something universal for a week trip on the 'Busa that would be functional for riding but look okay as a normal show for off-the-bike times. Very comfortable and fit great. A little warm - could use a vent hole somewhere. I treated with a spray-on water repellent and feet stayed dry even though had several miles in driving rain each of 5 days. I would recommend for casual riding. I bought the white and they just look like a high-top tennis shoe.

R-jaye Las Vegas,  NV Cool Shoes! I got these shoes cause I wanted a lighter shoe/boot to wear while riding in the summer months, it gets pretty hot here in the desert. The fit is good, the material is much lighter than the leather boots I had been wearing. The style is pretty sporty, kind of like a sport shoe which I like, a more casual style. Overall I'm very satisfied with the shoes/boots and would suggest them to anyone looking for a sporty, lighter boot to ride in.

Tom De Forest,  WI Very good shoes The shoes are great. A good fit and easy to get on and off. They go over the ankle and give good support. The fit is good just going from the size chart. I did wear them a little loose until they were broken in. Look good too. I noticed an aroma that was not pleasant. I ride on back roads a lot and the suede may have picked up the aroma of the road. :-(

Rob Beaumont,  TX Awesome Shoes I got these sneakers so I could blend in social situations, and they look great! I usually wear sizes 9-10 depending how wide the shoe is (I had wide feet). I ordered the 9 and they fit great and are very comfortable. I was skeptical of the "non-slip" soles because they lack tread, but they definitely stick to the road! You'd want to wear these shoes for a tug-of-war just because they're so grippy. I would definitely buy these shoes again.

striklan Gainesville,  FL awesome! This boot is extremely comfortable and has just the right amount of feel for the shifter, it protects your toes, yet allows you to feel what you're doing, I really like it...I normally wear an 11, but I got these in a 10 and I’m very happy with this size, tight enough to coincide with my foot, but still comfortable...they also look better in person than in that picture, and they look pretty cool with jeans.

Jack Pattie Chadds Ford,  PA Best Motorcycle/Street Shoes Period These shoes are so comfortable and I love the styling. They are actually my favorite shoes now and I wear them everywhere. If you lace em up and strap em up tight than they should do fine if you were to crash on a freeway but your crazy if you wore them on a track. Royce Linwood,  MA Excellent price for really good boots I ride a Suzuki V-Strom 650 and like a boot that is thinner near the toes like a sneaker. It makes getting my toe under the shifter easier than a regular boot. The Shift Fuel allows this without compromising safety, and they're more durable than a sneaker. The sole of the boots have excellent grip when stopping. No slippage on all surface types. The high-top ankle protection takes a little time to break in as it tends to rub when the boots are new and stiff. All in all, a great pair of boots and you can't beat the price. For the average rider who wants comfort, functionality, and protection in one package. This is it.

Todd Pittsburgh,  PA Pretty Sweet I like these shoes a lot, they are comfortable, provide protection and can be worn when not riding. On my pair though, one of the plastic eyelets that the velcro strap goes through, literally ripped off the shoe while riding. So now I have a flapping velcro strap hanging off my right shoe, i plan on returning them and getting another pair, but I’m just surprised this happened. Otherwise, awesome riding shoes!

Brian Chico,  CA Buy them! I got these shoes as a gift and they are my favorite pair of shoes now, I feel like I'm going to wear them out too fast and not have them to ride with. I wear these shoes all the time now, great for riding, durable and comfortable and also great for just wearing for everyday use.

James Los Angeles,  CA Love em The shoes are great. Yeah, they might not protect your feet/ankles as good as boots would, but they do the job for pleasure riding. They were a little too big for me but I'm still able to shift without a problem. It actually looks fine to wear even when not riding and you don't have to worry about ruining your shoes. The only problem I had was tightening the velcro strap too tight and making my right ankle hurt, but that's on me. The shoes are great. I've gone 2 hours riding with them on and worn them all day without a glitch. I'd highly recommend it for the summer time comin up!

Jordan Shoreline,  WA Can't go wrong. These boots fit true to size on me for the 12's. I really like the small sole and low toe but that comes at the cost of the feeling of protection. While they should do fine they don't feel super sturdy as far as flexing goes which makes them comfortable to walk around in. The Velcro strap does a perfect job of keeping the laces secure and they do get some air going in them so they should make good spring/summer/fall boots.

Dayn M Hilo,  HI Nice shoes These are a very nice, comfortable pair of street shoes. The fit is ordered one size larger than what you would use in your regular shoes and/or sneakers. Like mostly every new pair of shoes, they will have to be a little broken in to feel really comfortable. The only thing I would like to see improved is the laces tucking a little better under the velcro strap. Otherwise, IMHO, the shoe is worth the money spent.

MILO ROBERTSON WACO,  TX Great Shoe!! I've worn these shoes about 6 times since I bought them and haven't had any problems. I have wider than normal feet and normally wear 11-11 1/2 in most shoes. I ordered size 11 and they fit perfect, are very comfortable, and look great. I would wear thicker socks if you ride in 40 degrees or lower temperatures. Steven San Jose,  CA Great Product Bought these right before my MSF course, and they worked out great. Good quality leather, comfortable, and held up great in the rain. Only complaint is the sizing runs big. In the store, I was only able to try on a 9 (too tight) and an 11(too big), so I ordered the 10 (I usually wear a 10.5). Boot fits more like an 11 or 11.5. Big, but not too bad. Other than that the boot is great. PS - I got the white, and it cleans up real easily.

Caveman Mobile,  AL Fuel Street Shoes Got these shoes for my birthday, Wow they are probably the next best shoes I've had next to my Nike's. Fit is good, I love the low profile on the treads. The only thing I don't like is that they are not water resistant. Great for riding motorcycle, or casual every day wear.

Gerald Burns Des Moines,  WA Great Shoe I'm always dubious about mail order shoes since they vary so much in sizing but these fit perfectly, are very comfortable and give some ankle protection, always a good thing on motorcycles. The only downside is that to make tying the laces accessible the velcro strap needs to be removed from the buckle which is a little time consuming but since the strap covers the lace knots it prevents loose ends from flying around in the wind so it's an acceptable tradeoff. Just my opinion but they're also a great looking shoe. Highly recommended.

Doug W Halethorpe,  MD Shift Street Shoes Only had the chance to wear them a few times but my first impressions about the shoe are great. Gives protection around the ankle and I can wear them all day like a tennis shoe. As per other reviews. Order a 1/2 size larger than your regular shoe.

john reid Levelland,  TX Tour Master - Synergy Heated Vest Liner with Collar Shoes are comfortable and seem to be sized accurately. They do not seem to be super heavy duty like other motorcycle boots I have and still use. They do seem to be better in terms of controlling the shifter and the brake pedal than the heavier boots. These are not as easy or quick to get into as my Icon boots, and it's not clear to me at least, how to best use the velcro strap across the top of the shoes. I like them, but they won't completely replace my other boots for every situation.

Sean Boynton Beach,  FL Shift Racing - Fuel Street Shoes The velcro on the strap that goes across the laces doesn't stick. It comes loose several times per day. I may have to glue some double sided velcro to make up for the lack that it doesn't stick on it's own.

Eric Carpinteria,  CA Shift, Fuel Street Shoes I'm a new rider, and heard many stories of uncomfortable riding shoes, but these are more comfortable than my good pair of hiking boots. After riding a few hours, my old boots came off right away. These new shift shoes are so comfortable I can keep them on long after the ride. They are a little stiff out of the box, but 2 weeks into them they soften up nicely!!

John Kolisnyk Clarksville,  TN sneakers These are very comfortable and fit perfectly; the laces tuck under the velcro strap to minimize catching on anything while riding; The dark color as well as the protective top limits any discoloration by the gear shift pedal knob. Pablo South Beach,  FL EXCELLENT! These shoes are AWESOME. They look great with jeans, and casual/gym pants. Very comfortable to work out with. They are a blend of boxer/wrestler shoes, but sturdy enough for casual riding. I wear them while riding around South Beach. Everybody likes them!

John Cammack Tampa,  FL I love these! I bought some of these a couple weeks ago, and love them. I think they are the most comfortable shoes I own. Much more comfortable than my Icon boots, but less protection too. I usually wear a 10 1/2. Since half-sizes aren't available, I ordered a 10, and figured I'd probably have to return them for an 11, but they fit great. They look much like high-tops, so I don't feel like I'm in some kind of uniform when I get to whatever my destination is. They appear to be very well-made and sturdy. If they wear out (which I'm sure they eventually will), I'll get more.

WD DAVIDSON Portage,  MI FUEL STREET SHOES I found these shoes advertised in one of the m/c mags and needed something for the summer months when it wasn't raining. I found them to be right on size wise, and the quality as good as advertised. I have not had a chance to wear them much as we are into November and the riding is limited here in Michigan. For $99 I don't think you can go wrong, even if they are made in china....Grrrrr.

H Studdard Mobile,  AL Good riding shoe at a good price. Shoes looks good with excellent fit and feel. They look great with jeans too. They're a bit taller than my other shoes that have Velcro strap at the top and if the strap is pulled tight it feels a bit limiting and uncomfortable. Even if not pulled tight the support feels good so it's not a problem. They are becoming my favorite riding shoes and are highly recommended.

Perry St Paul,  MN Great casual riding shoe! I love my Shift Fuel Street Shoes! They have enough protection for street riding on my Triumph Bonneville. Really comfy and stylish. If you wear a 1/2 size get the whole size above that. (8.5 feet here and the 9 was a perfect fit.) The soles don't grip well on wet and/or slippery surfaces though. As long as you know that you can get along fine though. Kept my feet dry in light rain too. Great all around riding shoe for the average street rider and comfy for walking around.

Michael Michael Motorcycle Austin,  TX nice shoes Comfortable as a tennis shoe (after I broke them in a bit). I can wear them all day without a thought. Very durable, not the best protection, but certainly better than my tennis shoes. Personally, I wish the rubber shifting area was on the left side only, but others may like the symmetry.

Jason E. DeFore Ringgold,  GA WOW! This is bar-none the most comfortable shoe or boot that I've ever owned. These were comfortable right out of the box, with only one annoyance on my right ankle. After about 2 days, that was gone. They look good, feel great, and seem to be solidly put together. If you're like I am and between full sizes (I normally wear a 9.5), then I would recommend going the size up. I chanced it and ordered a 10... A superb fit. The smaller size would have strangled my feet. The one remotely negative thing I can say about these shoes are: they don't really breathe that well (can lead to sweaty feet over a full days wear).

Matt B. McKinney,  TX Great value The first ride in the Fuel Street shoes was pretty darn good! They still need a little more break-in time. Only a couple of things would improve the fit. First, the shoes only come in full, not half sizes. This could present a problem for some riders. Second, the Velcro strap on the shoe is stitched on the inside of the boot which tends to dig into your ankle. Overall a great look and quality riding shoe for the casual street rider!!

Eric Erie,  PA Shift Fuel Street Shoes Like the shoes I was expecting them to have more leather but that's not the case. They are mainly suede/other synthetic material. They have rubber shift pads to help catch your shift lever, and the soles really grip the brake and foot pegs! The suede type material will wear down eventually but I feel they were a good price and choice.

walter lunger east liverpool,  OH nice shoe I bought these shoes to ride to work in. I was not sure if they would fit me or feal good on my feet because I am flat footed. Let me tell you this is the most comfortable shoe I have worn. They are better then my new balance shoes. I know they are not as good of protection as a riding boot but better protection then a ordinary tennis shoe. I think I am going to buy another pair cause with me being flat footed they don't hurt my feet at all really happy with them.

Bill Oklahoma City,  OK Very good street shoes I got these for commuting to work. While they would not provide as much protection as a full boot they are perfect for what they were designed for. They still give good foot and ankle protection and look like a normal high top sneaker. The Velcro strap will hold the laces in place so they won’t become tangled on the bike or come undone. They are also very comfortable; I wear them at work all day long and don't even notice. I would recommend these to anyone looking for a light duty commuter shoe that still wants to have reasonable foot protection.

Josh V. Hill City,  SD Fuel Street Shoe These shoes are VERY comfortable to walk around in while off the bike, though if you need a lot of arch support, you may want insoles. Plenty stiff enough to protect your ankles with a casual look. Great fit, even with size 13 feet. The smooth soles have great grip on clean pavement (not on gravel though). My only complaint is that they are plenty warm on 90 degree days.

Irvin Sabana Grande,  PR Great riding shoes These shoes are great...they fit snug to my foot, they look great with jeans and feel very comfortable. When walking, they feel like sneakers. At first they feel just a little stiff on the ankle area but with time it goes away. I've had them for a month now and to tell you the truth, the only problem is that the rubber that guards the shifter area doesn’t protect the shoe that well at all. I highly recommend these shoes.

Ken Philadelphia,  PA Fuel boots I have these in my usual size. They fit GREAT! So great that I wear them often instead of my sneakers! The protection is minimal, but more than a pair of hi-top sneakers. Soles grip well when dry but not good if they're wet. If you were just going to ride in a pair of hi-top sneakers....get these instead! They are a great Sneaker/shoe/boot for the money with some protection for casual rides around town. Look/fit/feel great!
