I found these boots to fit a bit bigger. I wear a size 12 running shoe and the 46 (size 11.5) fit perfectly. They keep my feet cool in the 100+ summer days and are still comfortable in the morning cold. Love these boots and would highly recommend them if you live in a warmer climate

These are great!
The boots are very nice! They fit true to size for me. I wear an 8.5 and ordered the same size in the boots, fit great! They are very well constructed and should last a very long time. Wore them for a 150 mile ride and were really comfortable, first time I wore them too. The only drawback is that they are expensive, but if you want a really good pair of boots that should last you a long time, get these!

Comfortable rack and Street Boot
I purchased these as a replacement for my previous Alpinestars SMX Plus boots. The Vertigo have all the quality and aesthetics the SMX Plus has, except they are not as bulky in the upper shin area, which makes wearing them with regular cut jeans easy to pull over. I received these several days before a track day, and I was surprised that the boot felt as comfortable as if I had been wearing them for some time.

Awesome boots!
As most, I was reluctant to buy boots online because of the fit, but as with other products from MS, the ones that don't fit are super easy to return. I followed everyone's advice and bought a pair of size 11. I wear 10.5 in sneakers, and I have maybe 1/4 inch left in my shoes, so since Sidi runs 'maybe' 1/2 size smaller the size 11 fit perfectly. I am 6'2'' and 180 lbs, my calves are rather slim (I'm a toned not bulky guy), and the calf adjusters on the boot won't tighten any further (so there's a gap between my calf and boot). But this is not a problem, they are still super comfortable, and I thought they'd be very hot like the all-leather, almost knee high boots I used to wear, but with the vents, I swear my feet are super cool even in 90 degrees. It rains every other day here in State College, and obviously these boots aren't waterproof, so if you're caught in a thunderstorm, just pack extra socks.

Sidi Vertigo Air Boots
I’m the biggest fan of Sidi brand and love their boots. Sidi Vertigo Air Boots are one of the best product on the market. They are lightweight, comfortable and yet cool. Excellent grip on the road. I’m a relatively short guy ( 5’7”) riding considerably tall Busa. Before I‘ve decided to get a pair of Sidi boots I strongly was considering to lower Busa’s seat down. Sidi Vertigo Air Boots have change my mind by adding 1.5” to my height and made stopping at the traffic light and holding a heavy bike more steady. In hot and humid Florida good foot ventilation is the must, so Sidi boots provide decent protection without making your feet stink by the end of the day. And of cause shifting . Anybody who tried to shift the bike wearing winter boots will really appreciate the feel of shifter.

High Quality Boots
I just finished a 2 day trip in the pouring rain with these boots. Comfortable, warm, and just perfect. My feet did get wet, but about the same time as all the other guys in the group did. Even in a down pour, the boots don't wick a lot of moisture in. My feet stayed warm and dried out within a few hours. That was in 70F temperatures.
The lower limit for dry temperature running is about 55F with a single layer of socks. Closing the vent does nothing. Anything over 80F and your feet stay cool and dry. After sitting in traffic for 20 minutes, your pretty sweaty, but the boots flow plenty of air and get nice and cool quickly.
I HIGHLY recommend these boots. I will be buying a second pair of the standard non-perf material for cold weather riding.

Awesome
Bought these boots for the safety and cooling factor. Just bought a new bike and the routing of the exhaust makes the right foot quite warm, not to mention the 100+ degree weather and road temps on a 100 a day commute so the perforations were a selling point, as well as the replaceable parts. The fitting is right on size wise, the calf adjustment is perfect with regular socks on, and comfy right out of the box. You will not be disappointed with these boots...I have never owned a set of these boots before so I don't know the durability of them.

Thumbs up on the Sidi Vertigo Air Boots!
I bought these boots last month and had the chance to ride in them 3 times before the rain started dropping hard here in Northern California. I have to say that these are very comfortable boots, virtually no break in period was required; very flexible. No problems shifting and best of all; they don't squeak when I walk in them! Great ventilation too. I don't intend to ride in the rain so the fact that they are not waterproof is not an issue.

Excellent boot
Great full boot, very lightweight and comfortable. The airflow is excellent and really does keep your feet much cooler than normal boots which is good when riding in the local deserts and mountains here in So Cal. I highly recommend them. I might get another pair that aren't perforated for winter riding.

Sidi Vertigo Boots
As others have said, these boots don't squeak. They're pretty comfortable, even if you have to walk around in them, and they're subtle enough that you don't look like Ricky Racer if you have to walk into a respectable establishment. They have an understated, purposeful look when worn under jeans and the lower vents are pretty effective at keeping your feet cool while on the road. You don't notice vibration from the pegs nearly as much as you might wearing civilian boots or shoes. All-in all a high quality product I love wearing.

Sidi Vertigo Air Boots
These boots don't squeak! Unbelievable. I can actually stop at a nice restaurant and not sound like a freak. Don't get me wrong, their great performance boots. Have gone through 7 pairs of boots in almost 300,000 street miles and these things are the best I've had. Opinions may vary, but for me I really like em'.

Cool Feet
I bought these boots to keep my feet cool in the heat of the Reno area, which in the summer is often in the 100s. They really work! I have been on many rides when it is over 95 and my feet were perfectly comfortable. Dreamily cool. I found these boots fit exactly to size and the adjustable calf feature is very helpful as well. I know they are pricey, but they protect your feet and ankles and cost less than a hospital bill should you go down. I highly recommend them to all.

Still the gold standard in sports bike boots
Quite simply, no other sports riding boot can beat Sidi's Vertigo Air. The fit and ease of maneuverability when quickly needing to up shift or down shift is unmatched. Vertigo Air's are a bit pricey, but worth every cent. If you want a pair of low tops, you can't beat Sidi's Street Burner's, which again will cost you a pretty penny but absolutely fantastic. Won't ever wear anything else but Sidi.

These have been my first pair of sidi boots and I have nothing but good things to say about them. The air vents provide great air flow and the fit and weight of the boots are amazing. By far the best riding boots I have ever owned. Price is high but you will get your moneys worth out of these boots unless your feet are still growing. I give them two thumbs up!

Excellent!
Great fit after a couple of rides of brief break in. Good ventilation for S.FL hot weather, especially from the adjustable side vents as well as perforated leather, you can feel the breeze go through. Very precise feel of shift lever. Buy .5 size up, I'm size 10.5 and size 11 fit just right. Quality of finish are top grade as are most Sidi products (I've used Sidi cycling shoes also). All of the protective plates are replaceable so these boots should last a very long time, well worth the money.

Great boot
I already had Sidi off-road boots which I really like so I figured they make good on-road boots too. They do. Comfortable. Light. I just wish they would adjust more in the calf so I could make them a little more snug. If I had leathers tucked in it would be fine. With jeans they feel a little loose up top for a few rides. But you get used to it. I'd buy these again.

I purchased these boots as it averages 45 degrees during summer on a k6 gsxr1000. My leathers are aerated as well. I recommend these boots to anyone that wants protection (not that I have come off yet)AND FOR RIDES IN HOT CONDITIONS ,THEY ARE THE ULTIMATE!!! The feeling through the gears and ability to feel everything is great.

Now I have a pair of riding boots! The mesh leathery material allows air flow through to the feet. On cold days your feet will freeze, lest you ride a BMW twin! These boots are designed well and invoke confidence while riding. Very light weight and sturdy.

Perfect Boot
I've had my pair for a month and definitely appreciate the airflow in hotter weather. The fit is a 1/2 size smaller than normal so be sure to go up 1/2 size. Comfortable to wear all day, a little pricey- but worth it.

Sidi Vertigo Air Boot
These are the first pair of boots I have purchased, and although a bit pricey they are well worth it. They are very comfortable and break in is fairly quick. Due to the great airflow that comes through the boot my feet stay dry despite riding for extended hours in a warm climate. I usually wear a size 9.5 boot, but had to go a half size larger for the Vertigo to fit perfect.

I have a wide foot and these boots are a nice fit. Takes a while to get them broken in but they are plenty flexible. At first I missed every other up shift but that was due to the stiffness. Once you're moving about 40mph your can really feel the air coming through the boot.

Great Value
I've had these boots a little over a month now and I have now moved them up amongst my favorite boot shelf. The quality is excellent and the features are well thought out.
I do have to say that the sizing runs about a half a size small. If you have a wider foot, then go up one full size. I wear a US 11 1/2. I ordered an 11 1/2 and it fits snug. It's also a little narrow but it was never uncomfortable. After a couple of weeks the boot stretched out a little and now fits perfect.

Excellent boot!!
I have had my Sidi Vertigo Air boots for about 3 weeks now and I love them. They are super comfortable and you can definitely feel the airflow through them. Great for hot weather riding. I normally wear a US size 11 however I found that the US size 11.5 fits me better.
