Product Description
Sidi, continuously researching new technological solutions to enhance rider safety, is proud to present the new 2008 Sport Rain boot. With Sidi’s great style, feel, support and quality there are no finer performance off road boots in the world.

Non-Bootie Designs: Sidi boots do not incorporate inner booties into their design, and for good reason. Booties make the design larger and cumbersome; add to the boot’s thickness, which interferes with shifting, plus the inner booties retain body heat affecting the rider’s performance and comfort.

Lining: Each boot is lined throughout with lightweight perforated Teflon treated fabric in order to allow moisture to “breath” out to the Lorica outer and dry quickly with no mold build up in the long term. Additionally the inner ankle area of all Strada series boots are fully lined with Sidi’s own formula of perforated closed thousand-air cell memory foam. A totally breathable lining system.

Composite Insole: Sidi is the only manufacture to use a composite insole that is anatomically shaped to the rider. A cushioned liner is provided that can be removed if the rider desires a more roomy fit. Sidi does not use steel shanks riveted to its insole like most manufactures, details such as this enable Sidi boots to enjoy a multi year service life versus the competitors multi month lifespan as over time, a steel shank can deteriorate, rust and fracture exposing the rider to injury.

Lorica®: Boot's outer is fully constructed with Lorica, a composite micro fiber material created from strands less than one thousandth the thickness of silk. When injected with special resins, these fibers act like natural leather skin, but with the addition of better strength, softer texture, lighter weight and better moisture protection. Lorica is also highly resistant to abrasion - yet it still breathes - with more than three million pores per square centimeter. Easy to maintain, Lorica doesn’t stain and can’t be scratched and offers, reduced weight, more flexibility and more feel than leather racing boots.

Errol Fisher San Miguel,  CA Rain Boots Great boots although pricey for what you get. I would suggest the factory install finger pulls on the top back of the boot, to enable an easier time of getting into the boot.

Steve Concord,  NC 2008 Sidi Sport Rain Boots I like the Sidi boot, but their durability remains to be seen as far as the velcro zipper covers. I think this is a common way to cover the zipper to make it water proof so maybe others who have had this type of boot for longer can chime in. The fit and finish is real good. The sole is light and comfortable, I'm just curious how long those will hold up also. The only real comfort issue is while walking, the top of my feet feel a little pressure because the boots bend above the leather 'shift' patches on the boots which seems a little unnaturally higher up on the top of your foot. This is not an issue while riding. I have not ridden in the rain with these boots so I can't attest to its water proof ability. Regards

Gary Chater Derry ,  NH Sidi-Sport Rain Boots I ended up sending this back and choosing Sidi Way Rain boot. It was taller than I like, but it isn't bad. What I didn't like about the sport was it is hard to get on; the zipper is on outside of boot vs. on inside which seems normal to me. Easier to zip up with inside zipper. Has lug sole, pics on site don't show that. Lugged sole made it hard to shift as toe was too thick to fit comfortably under shift lever. Not as comfortable to walk in vs. Sidi Way Rain boot. But it wasn't broken in either. Overall, boot construction seems very good. Just not what I preferred.

Paul stowe,  VT Sport Te Por Boots I wear a size 10 to a 9.5 shoe size and I bought a 9.5 size Sidi Sport Te Por boots. They fit great, and they look awesome. They are comfortable enough to wear out after riding, and I’ve walked through snow with them on and my feet stayed dry! Recommend.

Doug Rochester,  CA All Day Comfort Having larger feet than most, buying motorcycle boots (especially online) is difficult not to mention getting a pair that fit. The Sidi Sport Tepor fit very well, whether riding or standing or walking. 3rd time wearing my "still very new" boots was an all day ride from location to location and it wasn't until that night I realized my feet felt great and there wasn't any soreness.

Alan Titusville,  MO Superb Feel Sidi boots are well renowned for their quality and the Sport Tepor is no exception. I tried two boot sizes before I found the ultimate fit (a size larger than normal). The dual zip and velcro covers create a snug fit that feels really comfortable both on the bike and off. If wearing 'jean' type pants the boot looks good and you can also wear the boot over the top of a more traditional leather pant. The boot does 'breathe' and is waterproof as well so good for both Summer and Winter riding.
