Awesome boots - excellent choice for moto-commuters!
For a almost a year, I've used these for commuting, grocery-getting, and canyon carving (although I'd like to get some more race-oriented boots for that). They're 100 percent waterproof, and very secure. Once they are zipped up and the Velcro flaps are fastened, they won't come off, period! They are easy and comfortable to walk around in, so you can go to school with them and have no trouble walking between classes. Plus, when worn inside your pant leg, they just look like a nice pair of shoes.

Good boot - but not for big calves
Boot was very nice and really liked it, but I have bigger calf muscles and the boot would not close around them. For the typical motorcycle rider they will fit fine. Wish they had worked for me.

Sidi Rain Boots
Great pair of boots! My wife also purchased a pair. We are very happy with them. For those that have a hard time grabbing the side zipper, just add a simple "zipper pull", available at camping stores, or just make one from 1/8 inch camping cord.

a little over a year now
I've been using these boots for a little over a year now, and at first I was very pleased with these boots. When both zippers broke I was less pleased (that happened about 9 months in) when I noticed the soles about to wear through I was disappointed with the boot.. it's a shame, if they had lasted a bit longer I would have bought them again.

Great mid-height boot
I wanted a riding boot that was mid-height, waterproof, reasonably comfortable for walking, and didn't look like a work-boot. This is it. I love the mid-height style because its tall enough that I don't get the "high-water-pants" look when I'm on the bike, but not so high that they're impossible to walk around in. Size-wise, I usually where a 10.5 shoe, but in these I had to go with a 10 (EUR 44).

Sidi rain boots
Very good boots, they do what they claim, my feet stay dry in the wet weather. The fit is very good. The zipper is rugged but a little tough to get started. No biggie. I would recommend. They are a bit pricy.

Sidi Sport Rain Boots
Just bought this Sidi boots last month and so far I'm completely satisfied with the style, quality, comfort and fit. I used the boots when I'm riding my cruiser bike and also when I'm at work. I will definitely recommend this boots. Durability, not sure yet because I just had a little over a month, but the way it was made, it looks very sturdy.

These boots are the usual high quality that Sidi produces however: These boots were selected to replace a pair of Sidi Champions (discontinued) of the same size. The Champions closure is 2 Velcro tabs plus Velcro at the top. That system is very adaptable to high instep, wide foot for insertion and closure. The Sidi Sport uses a zipper to close the fabric and then Velcro full length, the system is not as tolerant of high instep, wide foot. I couldn't even get my foot in the boot and returned it (return policies, outstanding!). I have a "Sidi Mega" boot on order that is built to EE spec. I hope that works as I really like the Sidi quality.

My husband is on pair #2 and loves everything about them - how they feel and fit, how they look (polished, simple, sleek)...When he got his new pair he "oooh'd and awe'd" because they felt so good, and he's on his feet all day at work so he's an expert on comfort! Hope they continue to make this boot/style as we'll need another pair in a couple 1,000 miles.
