Breeze Buster
I bought one and it worked great. It really adds a layer of comfort and warmth on real cool days. I find that it is good down to about 38 degrees under a leather jacket. I liked it so much that I bought a 2nd one for a Christmas present for a fellow biker.

Breeze Buster -- one trick way to deal with chilly rides
Given the number of micro climates in the Bay Area, there's a constant need to add and remove layers. I've found the Breeze Buster to be ideal in stuffing under an Aerostich when the temperature drops into the 60's and below while at the same time, not restricting movement on the bike. This is one item I highly recommend for both comfort and convenience as it takes up minimal space. Excellent rugged quality.
