Great back protector! Safety First!
This is a great back protector that is CE certified. I am 6 foot tall and the large is slightly big for standard bike riding. It is great for a more aggressive riding position. For cruisers I would recommend the small if you are 6'1'' and under unless you're a hefty guy.

Good back protector
This back protector fits well and is easy to use. It certainly is well made. It was not the least costly, but it is a good product.

Extremely Comfortable
For $125, it is a little over priced, but then again this is the only back protector that I could find that was CE approved! The quality is great, but not the most appealing for example next to an Icon vest. I'm 6'1" and 145 lbs (pretty slim guy), and bought the large size. I wear a t-shirt then the back protector and then my bike jacket. It holds in place well, but I do have the straps pulled as tight as they can go. Judging if you want a loose or tight fit depends on you. Just stick with the strap measurements and you will be good.
