Shawn Nelson Sierra Vista,  AZ AXO - Air Cage Good protection on and off-road! I bought a L and XL for the wife and I, and they are true to size. The mesh on the L (shown in product picture) is a different, smaller mesh that feels less durable (cheaper?) than the XL mesh (similar to the Fox Launch Suit mesh), but both breathe and hold up well in the Arizona heat. I use the armor more for street riding than off-road biking. It fits well beneath my Army uniform or a loose long sleeve button down shirt for hot weather riding, providing good hidden protection. I particularly like the hard chest pieces and center zipper for easy on and off. The Velcro kidney belt is not lined or padded, but still provides good lower back support in conjunction with the longer back armor. Two thumbs up.
