Chris Carter Kingston,  ON Don't leave home without them. Good fit, feel like they offer good protection. Best of all they make long rides on the DRZSM much more manageable thanks to the padded seat area. Just don't wash them in the machine or else you'll have a hard time getting the hip padding sorted out. Had to cut the pocket open to square them away.

Duke Waikoloa,  HI Some Improvement Possible When received, there was a hole in the crotch. Since I don’t wear mine to the beach, I didn't want to go through the process of a return/re-order. When I put them in the washer, that’s when it got bad. The inner hip protection panels got moved all around, bunched up, upside down, etc. With no opening to get to them, It was insane trying to re-adjust them properly. I finally gave up, got some scissors & cut an opening just under the waist band so I could get to them. My plan has been to re-position them, & sew lines across the whole panels so If they get washed, those inside panels won’t get jostled again. But I never got that far. Meanwhile, I’m riding unprotected there. A pull string tie around the waist would be nice too. Icon definitely rocks but this piece can be improved.
