Padded Shorts
I thought I could just buy a set of baseball sliding shorts, and get the same value as these from Alpinestar. I was wrong. These are a great value, but they run a little small. I purchased right off the sizing chart, but should have went one size up. When trying them on, I tore the shorts on the inside seam, so I'm not sold on the durability. I'll probably buy another, since I feel like they would help in a crash, but I'll buy a large, instead of the medium.

Nice Idea
These shorts are a nice idea, but not very durable. I have larger muscular thighs and the XL was fairly tight. First time I pulled them on; I heard a lot of the stitching ripping. Would be a good idea if they fit better and had better stitching. Be sure to order a size up if there is any doubt. I have a 38 in waist and the XL was way too small.

GREAT COMFORT
I was thinking of getting a Corbin seat for my bike before I ran across these shorts they are extremely comfortable. The extra padding gives me fall protection and helps my rear on long rides. Highly recommend you can't even tell you have them on very breathable material no worries on hot days.
