Compared to similar garments made by 661, Thor, Fox, Rock Garden, etc..the Bionic seemed to fit the best. I am 5' 11" 185lbs with a 43" chest and the Large fits slightly snug.
The shoulder pads aren't so bulky that your jerseys won't fit and the elbow pads stay in place and don't bounce around even going over braking bumps. In fact, after five minutes of riding, you forget you are even wearing protective gear, which says alot for its comfort. The CE certified pads inspire confidence should you ever truly need them to do their job.
I am a firm believer in the saying "you get what you pay for". Well worth the additional expense over the competition.

My first armor
I like the way it is all in one piece. I can hang it up and when I am ready I just put it on and go. Nicely constructed. I've used it over a dozen runs now and I feel very safe with it and I know for sure it will not fail me should I go down. It is a little heavy (10-20 lbs) but when you put it on you don't notice it. However, after each ride the Velcro belt rides up towards my chest. Maybe a size bigger might help. You can wear it under a jacket or as is. I use it as is with a leather vest and it looks cool. $300 is very pricey for this armor. Hopefully, the price will eventually go down.
