worth the money
This is a really durable pack. Has lots of compartments and features adequate storage capacity for commuting and short trips. The rain fly will blow off and flap around like a flag at highway speeds and the sternum strap/map holder thing is NOT waterproof, so if it rains, expect an unreadable map. But, even if you don't use the rain cover, this bag appears to be highly water resistant. It's been completely drenched many times and the contents are always completely dry. The helmet holder can double as added storage capacity if you get creative with a couple of bungee cords. This is a really good pack.

Expensive but high quality
This backpack is perfect for taking everything you need with you. The only drawback may be too many pockets. The zippers have a layer of plastic/rubber that makes them water resistant and this seems like it will last. I have had no problem riding across the state with this on my back. No lack of style either. Overall this is a great purchase and something that will last. As far as fit, I am broad shouldered and it fits like a dream.

Lots of features, still a little pricey.
Great backpack. It even has features that aren't mentioned that are quite nice. Like a quick disconnect buckle for one of the shoulder straps, which makes putting it on and taking it off a lot easier when wearing a jacket with armor. Also has sealed zippers, which I haven't put to the test in bad weather, but still nice to have. It has a rain fly built in as well which is nice. Helmet holder works good too. My only complaint about this product is the amount of cargo space it has. Even with the space extender built in, it still doesn't hold much. But still this is a very high quality product that I would recommend.

Expensive but quality.
I've had a lot of packs and I like this one even for the steep price. It's EXTREMELY functional: tons of pockets, rain-fly, helmet thing works fine, the few straps tuck away well. And it looks and feels pretty durable. BUT it doesn't fit the best. Shoulder straps are set a little wide (I’m a medium shouldered guy) so it might not work out for ladies or narrow-shouldered guys. The sternum strap isn't very adjustable so it's always near your throat. You can take it off easy, but then there's no sternum strap. It's not uncomfortable, but it isn’t close to perfect.
