Cameron Bellevue,  WA Heavy duty I bought this to secure my helmet to my bike - thread the cable through the chin bar, through the loop itself, and then padlock to the frame of the bike. It certainly does the trick, although its heavy bulk makes transporting it a pain since it uses lots of under-seat space. Be warned - this is a little thin to seriously secure your bike against theft, and a little thick for helmet/accessory lock down.
