Greg Nowark Bignhamton,  NY Dunlop Elite 3's front (MT90-16) on a Kaw Voyager XII The Dunlop front tire Elite 3 - replacement for Elite 2s has most of the characteristics, and some improvements. First to note, the life of this tire is less than I got with the Elite 2s, but not outrageously so. The 23,000 on the Elite 3 is comparable to the 25,000 on the 2s (I don't run the front down to wear bars, just change it when the rear is ready). I think the Elite 3 has less grab of rain grooves than the 2s, and seems to hold the line better in turns.

Bud Colorado springs,  TX Dunlop Elite 3 Bias Touring Front Tire I would call the Dunlop E-3 bias Touring Front Tire by far the best griping smoothest riding tire I have ever used in 41 years of riding. Rain grooves and tar cracks are not even a bump in the road to the E-3. It is more rounded and has a quicker responce than the K491 Elite 2. It makes my Ultra Classic fell almost as light as my superglide in the front end.
