Motocomm Magnum F14 Full-Face Communicator Headset
  • The full-face helmet headset and PTT system is an accessory for use with Motorola handheld 2-way radios with a single speaker/microphone accessory jack. Makes the use of a 2-way radio convenient and safe while riding a motorcycle, snowmobile, ATV, or any other activity in which a helmet is worn. Use the in conjunction with your 2-way radio for bike-to-bike, sled-to-sled, and ATV-to-ATV communications while riding.
  • This unit features a full-face helmet headset with 2 ultra-thin speakers and microphone that attach quickly and easily inside the helmet. A weatherproof handlebar mount push-to-talk (PTT) switch puts control of the 2-way radio at your fingertips. Generous cable lengths and helpful accessories make installation easy and professional looking.

J B New Cumberland,  PA Full Face headset So far so good with the headset. I have three headsets for our ATVs. The weather hasn't been great so our testing has been somewhat limited. They all worked as advertised out of the box. Installation was easy in three motorcross type helmets. It took about 20 min. each. I was able to tuck most of the wires under the padding. The volume depends on your radio. Our Motorolas were fine for the ATV at normal speeds. The mic works well, there is very little distortion. Sound quality overall is good. Bottom line is we are happy with them and they make talking much easier, no more stopping and yelling back and forth. P.S. I didn't have an issue but make sure you know which type of connector your radio uses.

Bob Vail,  CO Motocomm - Magnum F14 Full-Face Communicator Headset Good quality materials. The wires were perfect for both a left and right side install. The adhesive on the ear buds and mic were forgiving enough to place (lightly) and then make any adjustment before pressing firmly in place. The adhesive pads are a little big on the ear buds to properly fit in the ear recess of the helmet but worked okay. I originally purchased another set and did not know that I needed a double pin connection for the radios. Several different manufacturers pairs advertised did not disclose the connection pin type.

Brian Johnson Mesa,  AZ Faulty PTT Switch The system works great and communications are clear while riding our ATV's. The only down side was that one of the PTT switches did not work right out of the package. I called customer service and they shipped a new one to me no questions asked.

brian falmouth,  MA Magnum Headset The quality is fairly good in the headsets, very good treble, so when riding you can hear the others talking. Installation was a bit difficult because of the helmets padding there was a few cuts that needed to be made. Overall the product is good and I would suggest others to buy a set for their own helmets while they ride.
