PETER JONESPORT,  ME TRANS. SER. 2 A SUIT OF ARMER, FEEL PROTECTED FOR SURE. COMFORTABLE WITH ALL VENTS OPEN ON WARM DAYS, BUT WHEN IT GETS HOT OR IN SLOW TRAFFIC IT GETS TOO WARM. ALL IN ALL IT IS VERY COMFORTABLE AND I THINK IT WILL BE GREAT WITH LINER IN WHEN THE WEATHER COOLS DOWN. LOTS OF POCKETS FOR STUFF AND YOU COULD PROBABLY USE THIS COAT FOR SCUBA DIVING, IT SEALS UP VERY TIGHT. WELL CRAFTED AND I WOULD BUY AGAIN.

Jason Klamath Falls,  OR Best Jacket This jacket is awesome. Excellent for mild weather riding, zip in the liner and you are ready for cold weather, open up all the vents and you are ready for hot weather. This jacket has all the options you want and need. I love this Jacket.

Ron Malizia montesano,  WA Good deal All in all I like the coat, but for me 5'6" and well, rather round in the middle, the coat is kind a long. Not that I want to return the jacket, but if I could do it over again, I think would buy the Pivot, simply because I think it's a little shorter. Oh, the shoulder puffs up a little too much, just a little. But all in all, I like it and I’ll keep it.

Greg Bellingham,  WA winter to summer Sleeves are a little long for me, but that’s about the only problem. I've ridden in temps from 30 to the mid 90's comfortably. With the vents closed and the liner in, it keeps the wind and heavy amounts of water out and insulates very well. With the liner out and the vents open, the air flow (as long as you're in motion) is amazing. I couldn't have asked for a more versatile jacket.

Mike Tacoma,  WA Red Transition With all the vents open it is comfortable around town up to about 75 degrees, tolerable to 80. I close the vents in the cool morning, and open them in the afternoon. I haven't worn it with the liner yet, but should be plenty warm for my 2 mile commute in the mild PNW winters. The sleeves are just a tad long, but tightening up the arm snaps, and wrist Velcro makes it a pretty good fit. My co-workers like it better than their more expensive jackets.

Chris Santa Rosa,  CA Great Cold Weather Jacket I use this with the liner when the temp. is less than 60 degrees in the morning. (I have a mesh jacket with a liner when it is over 60 degrees.) It works well without liner and has plenty of vents for temp. Up to about 85 degrees. (Anything over 85 might be a little uncomfortable) It is very thick and heavy and feels like it would protect well in a crash. Many pockets inside and out. I rated it a five all the way because it deserves it.

Richard Fairbanks,  AK Sweet Jacket!! It fits a little tight in the shoulder, and is a little bit long on the sleeve. I think with the build, that it will easily stand up to the casual touring rider demands. I like the adjustment of the snaps along the sleeves, but I think that they could have done a better job by including a snap on the Velcro that stays at the end of the sleeves. The zipper does seem a little light. Overall, I am very pleased with it for the price I paid.

Mike Thompson Louisville,  KY Very nice jacket for the money. Very nice jacket for the money. Fit is excellent and true, even for a big guy like me. Quality is better than expected. Pockets and vents galore. Had it for a couple of months now and it is nice for summer riding. Haven't put the liner back in for cooler weather riding yet.

Ben H San Francsico,  CA Not as great as the reviews suggest This is a decent jacket for the money, but it does have some annoying problems. The zipper is very difficult to get started. It has large teeth, and it's very hard to get it lined up well enough to zip up. The liner is annoying when you're removing it, because the ends of the sleeves are too small, and it's hard to get your hand through them when taking the jacket off. On the positive side, it has lots of vents, and good armor. I’m 5'8", 150 lbs and I ordered an extra small. It fits me perfectly.

George J. Los Osos,  CA Arizona, here I come! Recently, I bought a pair of Motorad (BMW Brand) convertible summer pants in light beige! I was looking for a light tan jacket to go with them, and settled on the Transition Series 2 Jacket from Tour Master in brown! I am very pleased with the fit and finish! When vents when open, I nearly get pulled off the bike at speed= plenty of airflow! I'm going to the South Rim in August so that will be the true test on the hot side. Won't be able to comment on the cooler stuff till next Winter, but it doesn't freeze where I live, so I feel the zip-in liner will be adequate. So far, I like the jacket a lot!
