Dean Louisville,  KY Factory Effex - Vale Cap & Rim Lock Kit The rim lock is not long enough depending on the type of rim lock you use, where the stud will bottom out in the FX Rim lock before tightening the rim lock into the tire. I am running Talon rim locks.
