Brian Milfrod,  CO Works Good What can I say, these are sole inserts. Cut to match your old sole inserts and ride. I had been using gel inserts bought at the local store. These work well. The fit is contoured to your foot so the fit is great relative to gel inserts. There is foam padding in the ball of the foot and heel which helps absorb impact. Not a ton of padding mind you but better than nothing. Get some kind of sole inserts, your joints over time will thank you.
