Jeanette Abbotsford,  BC Light Support Wish they came in more than one size. I bought hoping to support my ankle which was previously injured, but they fit a little large on a narrower woman's foot (even with size 9 ladies). You should purchase one with adjustable closure if your foot is on the smaller size. A little light on support with the material it is made from, but feels good on. I have actually used it upside down from way it should be worn and got a snugger fit for my foot and it seems to help from getting fatigued.
