Jay Logan,  UT 6 Days I ride an '07 KTM 525 EXC and this is the tire that came with it. I was a little disappointed. I use this bike as a daily driver in town, to and from work, but expect it to perform in the mountains on the weekend as well. I know that I have the right bike but unfortunately the wrong tire. It handled decently off-road, but not exceptionally. It was surprisingly good on rock but left some room for improvement on gravel and mud. The tire was somewhat unpredictable on the pavement. I would get a disconcerting wobble at around 65-70mph until I wore down about half of the tread, then it was much more stable. Cornering was a bit of a mystery. It would usually hold pretty well at higher speeds in the canyon, but would sometimes drift unexpectedly in town. Traction was very poor in the rain and braking, even when dry, left something to be desired.

otto bozart sparta,  NJ Metzeler six day tires I'm not impressed, tires came stock on BMW G450X. Bike is really nice once you get it dialed in. That's when you realize that the tires are letting you down. Great dry traction, long wearing tire, just be careful if it's slick out. One minute you’re up, the next the front or rear is gone and then it's better lucky than good.
