Nate Dallolio Boise,  ID Traction This is a great tire. I am very critical of tires and I and my riding partners compare tires often to see what is offering good performance. This tire gets drive traction like no other intermediate terrain tire on earth. It provides good cornering traction. Its only weak spot is in sandy-granite-gravel on hard pack where it will slide out under hard acceleration. This is both a good and bad thing. Some people love smooth power-sliding and its great at that, others don't like it.

Fastestone Centertown,  MO Metzeler - MC 5 Intermediate Not a bad choice but will probably try a different rear tire next time, works well in muddy conditions but on the dry hard pack it spins a little too easy for me. This is on a 1999 YZ400F.

Brian Turlock,  Prince Edw MC5 Roost! After ditching the stock tires on my WR450, I tried a pair of these babies. What an improvement! They hook up great, last a good while, and can take a beating! Excellent value for the price.
