Kevin Black Oak Harbor,  WA Metzeler MC-4 This tire has performed very well in all sorts of sloppy terrain here in the west. It will find traction where my friends riding on Michelin or IRC tires are getting stuck. Works well getting over roots and logs in rutted conditions. The best thing about Metzelers is how well they last. The only weak area I would mention is the fact my 440 2t bike will flex the knobs pretty badly on hardpack. More a deal of the wrong tire on the bike for hard conditions. Being a soft terrain tire though it can't really be faulted for that.

Bob Acton,  CA Metzeler MC4 100/100x18 This is a light, soft, flexible tire that works very well on my 2002 KTM 200 EXC. I believe that the smaller size allows the 200 break it loose with less power than the usual 110/100 rear tires. It is almost two pounds lighter than comparable 110/100's.

mike burchard soddydaisy,  British Co Woods rider Replaced my stock tire on RM250. It's unreal what just replacing my tire has done for me. Much better than the stock tire feedback and grip in the woods. All I can say is from now on it's Metzeler for me. MC4 is great - wears well and is a super tire
