Cathy Jacksonville,  FL These bags are nice I bought these bags for a road trip to Deals Gap.. haven't got to use them yet, but they look very nice. The plastic inserts weren't all that hard to slide in. Just a little patience.. I have a Kawasaki 600 ZZR and the fit is not as perfect as in the picture.. Instead of laying straight down they arch out a bit because of the hang on bars on the side of the back seat.

Stewart Nyi Galesburg,  IL Good Value Just installed them on my 2004 Ninja 500. Good fit for the bike. Lot of EX 500 riders use the Cortech's, but I wanted something a bit smaller. The straps connecting the bags together did fit under the seat, which I didn't think they would, but was pleased that they did. Plastic inserts minor pain to get in, but don't be shy about bending them to get them in place. I'm glad that they are a tight fit as I expect they will hold the bag shape better. I do not think, however, the front pocket will hold a water bottle.

curtis clinton twp,  MI excellent i I bought these for my 1991 cb750. Fit beautiful must think outside the box though. Other reviews complain about insert problems, I just think if your patient and work it in slowly and allow the insert to stretch the bag it works just as it should. RECOMMENDED.

Larry Rutter Lacey,  WA Unbelievably frustrating product Looked good at first. Then, carefully following instructions, I started the process of installing the plastic stiffeners which hold the bag's shape. Took two hours and lots of cussing! Instructions say "Stiffeners may seem long; just push stiffener in bottom of bag." Yeah, right. They don't just seem long, they are too long. And the pockets they're supposed to fit in are too small. The stiffeners put so much pressure on the pockets that they immediately tore through the stitching around the pocket, right through the top of the bag. What a poorly conceived idea, to ship these with a stiffener that the purchaser has to fight with to install, and which doesn’t even fit right. I have purchased Nelson-Rigg products before, but never again!

Richard Keller West Palm Beach,  FL Did not fit my Yamaha FZ6 Well Thought this would be perfect for my FZ6. Very disappointed. Velcro straps that tie the bags together are too thick, too wide, and overdesigned. The saddle bags came with stiffening inserts that were impossible to fit inside the bags designed to keep the shape - a defect? I think the manufacturer provided the incorrect insert size. Could not mount under the seat like the photo shows perhaps due to the FZ6 configuration and velcro strap configuration. Durable material construction a plus. Attractive design if it fits the bike and the shape inserts fit properly. I was able to return it to Motorcycle Superstore without any hassle. Just paid for return shipping cost and credit was issued to me very timely. Very satisfied with the service.

John Medford Goose Creek,  SC NelsonRigg Silver Streak Mini Sport Saddlebags Nice bags. Seem very tough/sturdy. Not too big or bulky for street bike. Plastic stiffeners are very difficult to get into the bags. Tapering the ends would make it much easier to insert them into the small pockets. The wide straps between the bags are strong but cannot really go under the rear seat hatch. Too wide and too thick. Since these bags don't really hold that much weight an option strap would do much nicer, the buckle for joining the saddle bags to the tail bag in the right place. All you need is the strap and clip to help mount the saddlebags under the seat.
