Patrick P Saco,  ME Great value at a low price The Bikemaster Nighthawk handle bar exceeded my expectations in regards to the quality of the steel, the exactness of the bends and the bright chrome finish. My only concern is that there are no knurls with which to securely hold the bars in place when installed on my risers. They had a tendency to move back and forth no matter how tight I secured the caps. This is disappointing since I could not find a similar bar that wasn't at least twice the price, anywhere.
