Steve Santa Fe,  NM Excellent product for the money I needed a communication device that didn't cost a bunch of money, and that would allow my wife and me to communicate with each other when riding. This fit the bill perfectly. It allows music to be shared between the two of us, as well as allows us to communicate with each other. I have yet to try the cell phone connection, but will try in the future, just to see if it works. For the price, it’s an excellent communication device that allows the rider and passenger to communicate.

Bob Sacchi Ossining,  NY ChatterBox Tandem Pro This is a good low-cost solution for rider-to-rider communications. For back road riding, or riding at lower speeds in general, this device is most effective. The background noise at highway speed renders voices inaudible. It just depends on your needs. It serves ours.

Rick Harris Hayesville,  NC OK unit with some weaknesses Overall a very usable unit with the following weaknesses: there is no squelch so wind and other extraneous noise is a significant problem, Microphone input very easily overdrives causing fractured sound using the Chatterbox Full Face Headset. The instructions if you can call them instructions, are poor with nothing but an unimpressive diagram and very little text which appears to be computer translated from a foreign language.

Mike K. Boston,  MA Can't beat it for the money This thing is really great for me. My wife and I ride back roads and since we're not doing 100 mph the noise level is very acceptable. The volume is great and unless you’re looking for the perfect intercom you will be surprised at how nice this is. I would recommend this to anyone.

Joseph Barnes Cumbola,  PA Nice setup Like the way it attaches to the helmet. Like the features. Would be better if you could talk freely WHILE music gets muted, instead you can talk OR switch the button and listen to music. Microphone boom should be longer, it doesn't reach to the front of the mouth.

Brian Youngblood Deerfield Beach,  FL CB-50 communicator Horrible!!! Way too much wind noise. Had to turn off, and keep off. I hope I can give this unit away! Maybe to someone hard of hearing!

Bill Clyde Orem,  UT Works well, but... The audio quality is good for what it was designed for, rider communication. The music input was a little to easily overpowered though. I hooked up my iPod to it and found that if the volume on the iPod was up too loud the audio was badly distorted. The only other problem I found was that the mounting bracket would not fit on my helmet (HJC CS-12). I ended up shaving the mounting rails off the unit and slapping on some velcro, which worked perfectly.
