The flat finish tends to absorb the oils from the skin and leave marks, but that is minimal to the overall look. An unexpected feature is that the liner is completely removable and different sizes can be put in with relative ease. That feature makes the helmet highly cost effective and versatile when you have multiple children.

Rob Newcomer camano island,  PA AFX Youth FX-10 Helmet Nice design and economical, however, size chart was not accurate. Ordered a Youth medium according to size chart but was far too small. Went with an Adult Small in the AFX. That is a good fit. Also, the visor ratchet mechanism on this helmet is a little "cheesy." Not a good design.

PJana New Freedom,  NM FX-10Y Youth Helmet Motorcycle Superstore was very good with this order. However, not too satisfied with the external size of the helmet. The fit for the head is great, but the shell is too big and heavy. A good helmet probably for a growing head, not for an adult whose head is small.
