Interacts do act up
I have a BMW K1200R that seems to chew through tires like no one's business, not sure it's the bike as much as my aggressive riding but we'll leave that one alone for now. Having always liked Metzeler Z6's because of their grip tenacity in dry or wet surfaces, however, they often seemed to get down to the wear markers just as other type tires were just breaking in, kind of left you wanting for more. I swear I could see pieces of rubber flying off on some fast sweepers. Enter Interacts, same centered riding, great cornering grip and angles, still grippy in wet or dry (if not more so than the Z6's), short warm up times, and after 1,500 miles, still looking like I just spooned new rubber on. Confidence inspiring from the moment you crack the throttle unlike other manufacturer tires that still feel greased/waxy 2,000 miles later.

Trrrific tires, best buy for the money
I would buy again. As a matter of fact I did. Like on a rail and great in the twisties. I lower the pressure to 32f 34r. What can be better and they last 10,000 or more!

Metzeler Roadtec Z6 Interact Sport
Excellent traction. Corners well. I'd like to get more than 4,600 miles on the rear, but confidence it provides makes it a little easier to take frequent tire changes.

Metzeler
I replaced my original Roadtec Z6 tire (8500 miles) with Roadtec Z6 Interact Sport Touring Rear Tire and to me it seems to be worth every dollar. No problems so far seem to be handling better than the original, easier to corner as far as mileage too early to tell since I only have 1,000 miles on them.

An improvement! Confidence inspiring because they hold a clean line in the corners. Too soon to tell about wet traction here in tinder dry Nor Cal. One thousand miles and I'm smiling.

Excellent tire
After a weekend 2up 799 mile trip on my FJR. These will be the only tires I buy. Riding in the rain most of the trip some of it VERY heavy. On the wet highway and the twisty's they performed well above my expectations. 1500 miles on the tires and they look like I just put them on. I'm sure the tread life will out perform my previous tires as well.

So far, no complaints.
Have about 500 miles on these so far. I'm hoping I get better tread wear than the Bridgestone and Dunlap tires. The Metzeler's have a really good feel. Hit a little rain and they seem to stick OK, not enough rain to really try them out. I'm planning a 7oo mile 2up ride this weekend on my FJR. We'll see how they do.

RT likes the Z6
I've only had these on the 1200RT for a little over 1k, so far it's been a great tire. I had a set of the previous generation on my 1150R and logged over 7500 miles at the time that I sold the bike and they were still going, I figured to clear 9k on those and hope to do as well with these...I haven't rode these to the edge at this point but I've pushed out to about a 1/4" on each side of the rear tire.. (that's about as far as I normally ride). I haven't had any greasy feeling or slipping in either wet or dry conditions. I replaced both the front and rear with Z6's an find that the tires are very neutral, they turn in nicely but require more input than the sport tires that I replaced. If they give me 7500 or more I'll stick with them...
