BT021 tire review
I really like these tires on my 98 VFR, they handle very well in the wet, they grip decent and they give plenty of notice before they slide out from underneath you. They don't grip as well as the BT016s but they also last much longer. My only complaint is that the front wears out much quicker than the rear, but I still got around 8k out of it so I consider that pretty decent. The rear still has plenty of tread left so hopefully they will wear out pretty close to the same time. One other thing I noticed was that they are VERY sensitive to the tire pressure. On most of my bikes, I normally run 4 pounds under the 36\42 but these didn't like the lower pressure at all so I bumped it back up to the 36\42 and all is good.

Great Tire
I know it’s a sport touring oriented tire, but it handles so well you forget. It grips the road like crazy and even with aggressive riding it only slipped in the rain a couple of times. The downside is tread life. It doesn't last nearly as long as the rear. You may go through 2-3 fronts before the rear. Other than that buy it!!

Incredible quality at an affordable price
Previously had BT045's on my ZX6 and the treadlife was mediocre. The BT021 have incredible traction around corners while still maintaining great resistance to wear on the crown. Only issue I’ve had is with quick stopping. The centers have a higher durometer rating which can cause a bit of a skid under hard braking. Pro's outweigh the con's on this tire.

Wow!!! What a great tire!!
I put a set of these tires (front/rear) on my 06 GSXR 600 and rode from CA to Deal's Gap. Spent a week there and never felt them slip once. I did notice the turn in was a bit slower, but I expected that from a ST tire. Got caught in 3 T-storms on the way back and they performed flawlessly. Rode over 6000 miles in 17 days and by the time I returned home, the rear was just beginning to get a flat spot in the center, mostly because I made it back in a little over 40 hours and was slabbing it the whole way! You will not be disappointed with these if you are looking for something that will perform well and give you great mileage. I should get 10000 miles or more out of the rear.

BT021 tires HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
I ride a 2002 CBR 954RR with BT021 on front and rear. This is the second one of these front tires that I have used, and I won't be using any other tire again. The traction is incredible, and the mileage is absolutely fantastic. I rode more than 12,000 miles on my first one, and it held up very well. It barely showed any wear after a 3000 mile trip that took us down the west coast, from Vancouver, BC, to San Fransisco, east to Yosemite Park, and north to Reno, and back to BC. I had to give it a 4/5 on wet traction because I don't have enough wet experience with it to give it a 5. I am 100% satisfied with this product, and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. You won't be disappointed with this tire!

Great tire
I have had this tire before and I thought it was a great tire. It lasted a long time and handled the turns great at 110 mph. I would recommend this tire to others.

My first set of tires
I bought the bike with M3's that had been used for commuting and I they had about 6k miles on them when I finished with them. These were much better and seem to have good grip once warn in. I don't have much experience so I don't know useful my opinion is but they are great for commuting.

Great handling tire - front tire wear lacking
I had the BT20 and loved them. When I tried the BT21, I found them to handle similar to the BT20's on my ST1100. I am not very impressed with the tire wear on the front. I am used to going through 2 rears for every front. With the BT21's, the front is smooth from cornering in 3400 miles and the rear still has 60% tread. Previous BT20's got about 7000 miles for the pair. Considering a different tire, but I am not reading about anything better that will fit the ST1100's --- Metzler Z6, and Avon AV55/56 are the only options.
