Lew East Lyme,  CT Great Modern Tread Pattern for an Old Bike Purchased a Dunlop matching Front and Back tire for my 92 Ninja 600R. Front tire was out of stock everywhere I looked, except at the m-superstore. 16" tires are hard to find for older bikes, looked at some IRC that would do the job, price was similar, but tread pattern was 70's technology and look. I got/wanted the Dunlop name, a modern tread pattern, and m-superstore delivered quick and no shipping charge. Bike handles great, tires are new, so don't know about life...but tires are stable and corner very well, I trust I'll get some good life out of them.

Larry Clarence,  NY Dunlop GT 501 I put a set of these tires on my 82 Seca 650. For the price these tires work great; providing a smooth stable ride with excellent traction on both dry and wet pavement.

Ben Fresno,  CA Much Improvement I have the Ninja 250, and it was in need of it's second set of tires. I looked all over for some great upgrades compared to the stock tires this bike comes with. These seemed to be a good choice, as well as good price. They are a HUGE improvement from the stock tires, there's just way more stability that was missing with the stocks. I just have one problem with these, they don't come in the exact size, so I have to get the bigger tires which makes the bike a little slower, and for a 250 it's a big deal for me, I would not get these tires again only because of that. I do enjoy them more than the stock tires though.

Terry Monn Littlestown,  PA Dunlop-GT501 I have always used Dunlop tires on my bikes. They all have had great traction but they do seem to wear a little faster than they should but I still believe Dunlop tires are still one of the best tires you buy for the buck!

Kurt Krueger El Cerrito,  CA Dunlop GT501 This is the third or fourth set of these I've put on my '83 VT 500 Ascot. They work great for all year round commuting. I've even chased down a couple of newer Sport bikes on my way home.

Greg Reddick dubuque,  IA GT501(s) on Vintage G1983 S1100E Suzuki I recently installed GT501(s) on my 1983 GS1100E, definitely a good choice even if it was a little pricey. Running 40PSI in rear and 34PSI in front. This was according to Dunlop’s advice for this particular bike. Tried varying the PSI in front and found they are right-on. Steering is totally neutral and the bike "flicks: through the twisties like a modern superbike.
