Decent fit, beat out 6 other pairs
The Ballistic 7.0 pants are a good fit, made for women. I have tried on a total of 6 other textile pants including Scorpion (small sizes) and Fieldsheer (either way too large or way too small) brands. Yep, I've never owned any JR gear because I'm not too crazy about their styling - some of the women's gear LOOKS like fashion so that's why I've avoided JR in the past. These pants have black on black embroidered flowers on the hip and leg, but the design is not to conspicuous so it's not too noticeable from a distance. The stitching seems to be really tight, even in the pocket zippers. Another reviewer thinks the knee armour will slip, but mine are planted in pretty well and I don't foresee that being a problem. The knee armour has 2 adjustable slots. The pants are plenty long and can be shortened to two different lengths (a nice feature I did not expect). I'm fairly tall and I have room to spare in length. Since they are waterproof I am not sure how well they will breathe, especially with the liner. Overall good quality and accurate sizing. I tried on a large (good for people size 10-12) and they are snug with the liner. The stupid attachment for the jacket just hangs off the back - wish it had a tuck in pocket or something. It does not attach to my Fieldsheer jacket because the zipper runs the opposite way. That can be easily altered though.

Nice pants
I am size 10 and I ordered an extra large so I could wear jeans underneath. Even with jeans under them the XL was too big so I returned them and ordered a large. The return process was very easy. The large fits great, with or without jeans under them. There is a Velcro strap at the waist so you can adjust the fit. The pants are very long and there are snaps to adjust the length, however, I paid $18 to have them hemmed to right length. Shipping was very fast.

Awesome
I’m 5' and have serious trouble finding pants that will work. These run true to size with your normal jean size. I can snap the pants and tighten them around my boots and they are still a good length when riding. The knee guards are adjustable and again once positioned fit me to a tee. I wear spandex shorts/pants under mine and have even worn a pair of jeans and the pants are still comfortable. The design is nice and I've even had some compliments on them. Would highly recommend for short girls needing an adjustable length pant.

Great buy! Worth the Purchase!
This is my first pair of riding pants other than having chaps and they are great! The finish and detail work is very feminine and I have enjoyed the safety features. They are waterproof and are warm even in cold weather without the liner. In hot weather ~80-90 degrees, they are a bit warm and could use some venting on the seams on the legs. Overall a great purchase especially for inclement rain/hail and during cooler weather but for hotter weather, bearably warm but could use a couple vents.

Like them, but not because they look good
I'm happy with the padding and protection of these, but they sure don't look very nice on me. Very bulky, more like snowmobile pants. Comfortable though. I haven't worn them much yet, so my impression of these is not quite developed yet.

Great Pants
Can’t believe how well these fit w/o trying them on. They’re a little long, but when snapped they don't drag. All the pads are in the right place and they are form fitted well for a woman.

Overall good pair of overpants
These pants are pretty good. A lot of padding makes me feel safer, keeps you a lot warmer than just jeans. The cons would be the knee armor is a little awkward in either position on me and they are super long. At 5' 8” I couldn’t imagine these fitting on a shorter person. I normally wear a size 5 and I bought these as overpants so I got medium and they fit perfect over my jeans from the thighs down, a little big in the waist.

I like them....
I like the feature these pants have to be able to adjust the bottom part tighter so the pants do not drag on the ground when walking. There are extra snaps to make the pants shorter. The outside pockets are a plus as well. The side zipper is just long enough to be able to get the pants on while wearing boots, but I wish they were a little longer. The side zipper on my other Joe Rocket pants is longer, but they did not have outside pockets. I am very happy with the purchase!!
