Nate Chillicothe,  OH Excellent replacement shield I wanted to find a tinted shield for my AFX helmet, as I had broken more pairs of sunglasses than I cared to. The silver mirror shield is tinted dark enough to be effective in all but the brightest sun. It does seem to be cut a little uneven, as one side fits perfectly flush on the bottom, while the other side is about 1/16-1/8" off. The shield seems to be very scratch-resistant as well - having killed plenty of prehistoric-sized beetles via direct blow to the face, with no noticeable scratches after cleaning. Overall a good product at a reasonable price

Mitch Tucson,  AZ This shield made my $20.00 Ebay helmet killer nice I got this nasty old AFX black skuffed helmet that fit like a glove. The AFX Shield made it my daily helmet. With one click up I get air to my face and see my speed-o clear and the dark green upper keeps the Tucson sun down.

Keith Mosher Columbia,  SC Mirrored Shield for AFX FX-11 Lightforce Helmet I have previously purchased the half-mirrored visor for my FX-11 Lightforce helmet - it fit well, and the mirrored top portion greatly reduced heat in our South Carolina summer days. I came to realize that the tinting was not all that dark, and decided to go with the full mirrored version - while it is a serious consideration for night riding, I have found that vision is clear/bright enough for nighttime. The heat reduction during the day is FANTASTIC. Fit - dead on. Finish - fine. Durability - can't say yet. Features - It's a full-helmet face shield... Features? ;) Cost Benefit - If you live in a hot area, are you really debating the cost of being safe and comfortable?

Bisonbugler Fort Lewis,  CA AFX Replacement Shield I really like this product. I was told by a Honda Dealer that they were no longer made and that I should buy a newer helmet. I just bought the helmet less than a year ago. I went on-line and ordered it myself from motorcycle-superstore. I have had many compliments about it since. I will definitely go back to this website before going to a dealership again.

Roy Visalia,  CA XFX Helmet Shield Easy replacement, should have done it a long time ago. I was trying to decide between buying another helmet and getting a replacement shield and this saved me some money. It's great to have a clear shield again.
