Mark Christoval,  TX Bell Flip Up Visor Shield I like my visor shield, but it's not perfect. The price is so low that you can't complain. And I couldn't find anything else that's close to this setup. I like the light gray tint. I like the flip up feature. So far the ratchet mechanism and down lock are holding up. But I haven't used it enough to tell how long it will last. It sure looks flimsy. I like that the built in visor doesn't catch the wind and tilt the helmet up.

Mike Long Island,  NY Flip Up Visor for Bell R/T I've always had a full (snap on) face shield. With the flip up I maintain that protection with the convenience to access my face if need be. The built-in visor has helped with the sun also.

Dean Peotone,  IL Bell-flip up visor shield The visor/shield fit my helmet perfect. The three snaps lined up great which is what I was concerned about since I don't have a Bell helmet. Use it for rain only - would keep rain out of neck region better if longer. Optical flaws in places which causes visual distortions. Good value for it's cost.

Ted Brmerton,  WA Bell - Flip-Up Visor Shield Good deal overall; you get what you pay for and this shield is fairly inexpensive. It's a nice shield, sturdy and clear. It did seem to distort the view a little more than my original shield (which was also inexpensive) did. It is firm enough in the lowered position so that it doesn't flip up in the wind when you do a head check at 50+ mph.

Aaron Milwaukee,  WI Needed to lengthen slots under adjustable snaps The shield has slots or runners to adjust the distance between snaps to fit into the snaps on helmets. The outer most positions for the shield's snaps were about a 1/4 inch too short for my helmet. I used the side of a drill bit against the edges of the slots to lengthen the slots. Then everything fit fine. Also, there is a small section of the visor that is not as clear as the remainder of the shield. However, the shield works fine and I'm happy with it generally. I wish the shield extended a bit further toward the helmet at nose and mouth level to reduce the wind noise when going above 25mph. Next time I'll just get a full face helmet.
