Rob Califon,  NJ Need a Winter Jacket? This jacket is warm and durable. The outer material breaks the wind very nice and the thermal lining is nice and warm. It's water proof so it's basically an all weather jacket. If you wear a sweatshirt or hoodie under this jacket, you can forget about heated gear because it's just that warm. The jacket comes with two outside pockets, one inside pocket near the chest and two pockets inside at the back. The thermal lining also comes with two pockets in the back. The outer material feels nice and durable and is of very high quality as is the inside. Compared to other Alpinestars jackets, this is a real bargain considering how well made and useful it is. It looks great too.

Rob Chatsworth,  MA excellent jacket Excellent fit, construction, and materials. Alpinestars, need I say more? Very warm, and wouldn't want to wear it on a summer day, but bought it for Los Angeles winter which is slightly cold and rainy. Have been wearing since early October and have yet to use the liner.
