Dempsey New Windsor,  MD Bell Apex double crossed helmet Best helmet I have ever owned, and I have had many over the years. The price was great. The helmet is solid, quiet and the shield is so clear that I sometimes have to check before I start moving to make sure it is down, even after cleaning thousands of splattered bugs off. It's just starting to get cold here in Maryland, but I can tell it is also going to be a warm helmet too. I will be riding all winter if the roads are clear enough. Shipped in like three days. Matched with my new Honda touring jacket and polar gloves I will be set for the cold weather to come.

Cactus Las Cruces,  NM Feels like I stole it I love this helmet. I'm tired of all of the radical graphics out there, so I'm switching to a more conservative look (If you call a Maltese Cross and flames with a blue irridium shield conservative!). You can spend a bundle on a helmet, most times out of guilt, but I don't think it's necessary. This helmet gets all of the good certifications and won't break the bank. The only complaint I have is the shield swap methodology. I'm convinced there is no such thing as a trouble-free shield swap. The service from these guys is awesome. Overall a great value. Now...Quit surfing the net and go ride!!

Brad Brazzeal N Las Vegas,  NV Double cross Love this helmet. Fits just as described. Really like the way this helmet fits my head, I would say I am average oval. The helmet is light and has good side to side view. About as cool as a full face can be. I got the mirrored visor with it and it looks like a million bucks. Don't let the helmet touch a wall when carrying it as the paint will mark the rubbery outer surface of the helmet. Overall very pleased.

Tom L Bellevue,  MI Bell APEX helmet Shopped around and this was the best deal on this helmet. Great fit, very aerodynamic at Highway speeds+. Don't think I'll be wearing my half shell any time soon Over all a great helmet.

Sam Lowell,  MI An Excellent Helmet This helmet is incomparably better than my original Vega Altura. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality: the liner is very soft and retains shape nicely and the outer finish has a nice rubberized feel. The flames are really cool! I get great comments from people saying that it looks like a very safe helmet. The fit is forgiving. It has a more rounded feel to it than the Vega, and is a bit tighter in the cheek-pads (I have a hard time wearing my glasses with it). But it is very comfortable and for the sale price of $129 it is a real steal.

archibald San Mateo,  CA Bell double cross Good helmet lots of good features for the price light weight anti-fog built in good fit, good air flow, nice graphics and finish. The only problem; top vent control is weak and can break and is not well designed some air noise at speed but for the price still nice helmet.
