Ed Sparrow Bush,  NY TK-40 Half Helmet Bought this as a spare to carry on my bike, but have worn it myself a few times. Fit is wonderful as is the finish. It is darker than I thought it would be though. Fits nicely into my saddlebags. Didn't give a high durability rating as I haven't experienced, nor do I want to, a need for the durability. The visor stays in place nicely and the vents operate very easily even while wearing gloves.

Mike Cravens Sikeston,  MO KBC TK410 Half Helmet PROS: Perfect fit out of the box - got a size Large to fit my 7 3/8" noggin. To be determined with extended wear if helmet retains internal size and shape. High quality paint finish (Dark Wine color) and trim. Good overall quality for very reasonable price. CONS: Relatively big and heavy. Inadequate sized vents - almost no cooling flow when wide open.

Mort Clearwater,  FL Love the helment. The optional flip-up visor isn't great, though. The helmet fits great. It looks great. It's light. Great price. I'm perfectly happy with it. I'm not so happy with the associated flip-up visor. Somehow it manages to draw MORE wind into my eyes than using no visor at all. I'm not sure how they managed to do that, but it's very disappointing. The aerodynamics bring lots of air blowing across my eyes (at least for me).

S.W. Fritsche Ellwood City,  PA Great value for the money This half-helmet sits a little high on the head, but you get used to that. For the money, it's a great, light poly-carb helmet. The visor is a little cheesy; although it was snapped in place, it flew off the first day -- never to be found.

John Granite Bay,  CA KBC TK 410 First thing you notice is the amount of padding compared to other half helmets. It's just plenty and thick. The down side is that the helmet is a little bigger than others of the same inner size, but hey, I will take more padding any time. The fit and the finish are good. The neck curtain could have been a little longer to be useful. Good helmet at a great price.
