John Hurricane,  UT Great helmet for the money The G-max GM-44 is an excellent helmet for the money. It opens easy. You can open the visor all the way or click it open just a little for ventilation. The helmet has 3 vents in front and 2 on top for good air flow. Also came with a smoke tinted visor with a cloth storage sleeve and a helmet bag.

Ric Burlington,  NC GM44 Helmet Helmet has nice features. Includes tinted shield with cover and soft bag. However, the chin bar obscured some of my view. I have to look down to see mirrors and gauges.

Brice Billings,  MT A Good Helmet for a Good Price I've run this helmet through a good selection of weather conditions and I really like it. It's quieter than my Nolan N100. The chin bar is much easier to raise and the shield is much easier to change. It doesn't breathe quite as well as the Nolan; shield fogging is more of an issue, but is easy to deal with the multiple position shields. The shield and helmet bags are very nice touches. I added the quick release buckle as D rings should have been abandoned in the '70s. The fit is very nice and the removable liner makes it much easier to clean the helmet after a hot sticky ride. I worry a little bit about the durability of the plastic latches, so far they are holding up very well. Plenty of room in here to add helmet speakers. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Dennis Linn Colorado Springs,  CO GM44 Helmet I purchased my helmet from an individual that bought the wrong size. I love it. Perfect fit, no hot spots and it is very quiet. About a week later I purchased a second one for my wife. She gets claustrophobic in most helmets but is really enjoying the comfort and feel of her GM44. When this one wears out, I will definitely get another one. I am completely satisfied.

bob merritt island,  FL fit I need a 4xL. I had to push the foam in, all over the inside to fit me at the slightest. It hurts but I need a helmet. 4xl is doable, ya'll so do it. I bite my cheeks with it on; sign of a bad fit, my head throbs. But it's all I can get...do something to help me? PLEASE????????????????

Steven Brookfield,  WI GMax44 Helmet Great fit, lesser noise level than the previous helmet I had which makes the ride more enjoyable. Many vents. Internal cushioning is well placed and sized for snug fit and allows for easy on and off of eye-glasses. Flip open feature very easy to manipulate. Helmet comes with interchangeable clear and tinted visors, and felt bag for storage. Great value for the price. Will buy again.

Steven Daly City,  CA Get more that you paid for This is a great Helmet at a great price. I bought it to replace my HJC flip face, after the thin plastic liner, on the inside of the face guard, cracked and fell out along with the insulation. This GMax Helmet is very solid and well put together. The Helmet is very stable in the wind too; I don't feel my head being smacked around like I did with my last helmet. The padding is a little tight at first, until you break it in, but over all, I am very pleased and I recommend it.
