KBC VR-2R Alien Helmet

The VR-2R, KBC’s flagship model, is a true race helmet. Designed for aerodynamic airflow and stability at high speeds, the VR-2R platform features reduced shell dimensions and overall size. The eye aperture, strap positions and shell ergonomics have been fine tuned to provide increased peripheral vision, improved head maneuverability, reduced neck strain and dampened wind noise.

  • Shell: TRI COMP Shell, constructed using an advanced Vacuum Lamination System, resulting in a lightweight helmet
  • Ventilation: DUAL-INTAKE VENTILATION SYSTEM(DiVS), efficiently draw, circulate, vent and control airflow providing ultimate comfort
  • Shield: QUICK RELEASE VISOR PLUS(QRV+), optically correct, scratch resistant, anti-fog shield utilizes a tool-less QVR+ system and seals securely when closed to the helmet’s RIB system
  • Interior: ULTRALUX Liner, removable, washable genuine Savoire Suede liner with customizable padding system
  • Retention System: Double D ring chin strap
  • Safety Standard: Meets or exceeds SNELL/DOT standards
  • Sizes: available from XXS to XXL

Marcus Vacaville,  CA Great Helmet for the money.$$$$$$ This is my first KBC helmet but my third overall. This helmet is great for the price compared to the $500+ crowd. Pros: Great lining, ultra-clear shield, cool graphics, decent features. Cons: Tight fit (Even though said to be customizable I think its memory foam), D-ring has no way of adjusting strap with gloves compared with ICON helmet, short chin curtain, and noisy. Maybe its just the winds blowing at 20 but at highway speeds I can't hear my engine. Overall B-
