Dwayne Queens,  NY the price is right Great helmet, fit was perfect. Using the chart for hat size. For the price and looks and feel of the helmet, nothing else on the market comes close. The button on the chin strap is a cheaply made plastic thing, but even if the button breaks, it doesn’t affect the strap in anyway from securing the helmet to you're head, the "D" rings does a great job. Will buy AFX again.

Corey Boehm DeLand,  FL You get what you pay for... When I first got the helmet, I loved it. It matched the orange on my bike perfect. After a few times wearing it, the leather for the chin strap button broke. I sent it back, they sent me another one. The chin strap button leather broke again, but it did last a lot longer this time. A few months. The vents on it though are crap. It feels like they are broken. It is just a cheaply made helmet.

kris blackstad Kirksville,  MO afx fx 30 Disappointed in product. Helmet does not fit true to size I had to add my own extra padding then order xs inserts from parts unlimited. Looks cool but very cheaply made in the back part. Chin strap button broke in 2 days.

Joel Harris West Burlington ,  IA Chin Strap The Helmet overall is a descent helmet. But the chin strap button is junk. I have only had it for a short while and I’ve only worn it about 7 times and the button that holds the chin strap has already broken!

Thayne Erickson Fresno,  CA Beauty is skin deep This helmet looks great, but is very cheaply made. It's very noisy at speeds above 50mph. The $75 Bell helmet I got is of better quality. One of the top vet tabs is broken and the other doesn’t feel like it will last very long. The front vent opens and closes but doest really snap into place and feels like it will slide open on its own as you are riding.

Leighanne Kahng Palm Coast,  FL Great helmet, could be a little better though I bought the AFX FX-30 Orange Multi helmet for my husband, and it was great. It fit perfectly, was very comfortable, and has some pretty awesome features on it, such as 6 air vents. The only flaw to the helmet, was on about the fourth or fifth time wearing it, when he took it off, the button on the strap broke. It was on some really thin and (in my opinion) really cheap leather. But I contacted Motorcycle Superstore, they emailed me all the information, to include a pre-paid FedEx mailing label, and sent me out a new one, all at no extra cost. I love Motorcycle Superstore. They offer very great and affordable products, and are very quick and reliable.

Tommy Maysville,  GA FX-30 Green/Multi You can't find a better helmet for this price. It is comparable to other brands of $150 helmets. As another reviewer mentioned, it does fit a little bit smaller than other helmets I have worn in the past. The only draw back I have is that the helmet is not snell rated. If any kind of track use is in your future, you will need to step up to the FX-16 which comes in the same colors as the FX-30 series.
