sam kingsport,  TN great helmet The Suomy Spec 1R is a great helmet and well constructed. The fit and finish are exceptional. Its noisy and the face shield is hard to get on and off. There is something about the mirror shield that girls really like, of course I must keep the helmet on to keep their interest.
