Arne Seattle,  WA Not durable Nice looking gloves that offer nice extra protection. Temperature wise they are just ok, a little bulky but, if you want warmer, non heated gloves they'd get too bulky real quick. Nice wide gauntlets. Unfortunately these gloves are not very durable. After some mild use the seams in the fingers are already falling apart, disappointing.

william johnston concrete,  WA crazy reviews I have read some reviews here that are obviously written by people that just don't realize the compromise required for cold weather gloves. To be honest these gloves don’t give up a lot and do the job with great efficiency. They are quite simply the best (non electric) winter glove I have worn. A bit bulky at first, but after about 750 miles the palm and finger padding compresses and give a very goood feel on the controls. I have had mine for 4 years and ride in extreme wet and cold (as long as there’s no ice) regularly. With a 50 mile morning commute in NW Washington. My hands have never been wet in these gloves and I ride a naked 86 ZX-900 (no hand protection) for temps below 35 I recommend heated grips. The only complaint I would have for these gloves is that the wrist straps are so short that they often pop out of the closure when putting them on. Other than that they are perfect and barring full submersion fully waterproof and very warm and comfortable. And remember warm gloves need to be non restrictive (not tight) so as not to reduce circulation. So size accordingly. I wear XXL in these, and XL in summer gloves.

phil Bainbridge Island,  WA Very happy These are the rarest of winter gloves: good warmth and good protection, both. They fit well, look to be well made, and are completely waterproof. I've worn them in downpours with no dampness creeping in. They're good down to 40 degrees for me. I wish they were a tad warmer, but for the money you can't beat 'em.

somedude atlanta,  GA Bulky and Uncomfortable I haven’t tried any other winter gloves but these, as warm and nice as they are when you are not on the bike, they are very uncomfortable when riding with them because they're just too bulky. I might return them.

TONI OWENS Nashville,  TN Not so warm Well I bought these gloves based on the good reviews that they received. They are big for a small or maybe I should buy kid gloves. The finish is good, I like the armor. As far as "Winter" gloves, I had these on at 40* temps, and my hands froze.

MrMindlink Santa Maria,  CA Keeps my hands warm... but These are nice gloves and they do keep my hands warm (40°F and Up) but being winter gloves you loose a bit of tactile response/feedback when wearing them; to be expected I suppose. In other words, I do not wear them as much as I thought I would do to the fact that I can not feel the handle bars as well as I would like to.

Barry Klinke Bingen,  WA Cortech Scarab Winter Gloves These are good looking gloves and seem to be well made. I found that they work pretty well down to 40* or so; if you've got hand guards and grip heaters, they work ok down to about 35*. They aren't going to do the job when it's freezing or below. I rode 25 miles in 26* weather at 60mph and was completely miserable even with grip heaters and hand guards. One shortcoming I have found is that the strap that goes around the wrist is way too short and I can barely get it to fasten. I guess I'll try to lengthen the strap if I can figure out a good way to do it. If you use these gloves at temperatures of 40* or above, you'll probably be OK with them; below 40* you won't be.

Sea Bass Denver,  CO Great Gloves High quality and excellent in all winter and fall temperatures. From 35 degrees to 70 degrees my hands have been neither too cold nor too hot. Excellent armor protection as well. The fingers are a little long for me in the size small, but they are breaking in well enough that I am no longer noticing it.
