Matrix Boots,
Thought I would put my 2 cents in, since mine have made to about 2 years use and still going strong. I have none of the complaints listed. Boots are still in one piece, no eyelets have popped off, no sole problems, no overflap seams have come undone. For me, I have gotten my money worth and then some, sure they could use more support, but, man for the money, would buy these again in a heartbeat, if they are still around whenever mine finally give up. Just like anything else, you treat it right and take care of it, it will take care of you.

Great Boot!!
Very good boot. Fit & feel on the pegs is outstanding. Also comfortable to walk around town in. I had to send the first pair back because they were too snug. I wear an 8 and the boot was a true 8 "too snug" So I re-ordered a 9 and it fits great. The boot has been worn now for 1 month and is in great shape. Quality in the stitching is good. But watch out for hot pipes, the sole melts quick. I wish the sole had a harder compound. Anyway great boot for the price.

Good for the $$$
After racing motocross for many years, I recently switched to street. These are my first street boots. They are very comfortable, and grip the road really well with their soft rubbery soles. This may cause durability and wear issue later, but for now they have not shown any wear after lots of riding. I am used to riding on the balls of my feet in MX, so the limited arch support is not too much of a factor on a sport bike when on the pegs. The soft leather shell gives a lot, and after three rides I could see how it gave to walking around in them. However, there are no creases forming in the leather. Shifting has not been a problem. They look good with my riding jeans and feel light, but keep in mind this is my first street boot. These are good casual riding boots, and I definitely would buy another pair.

Great boots, the price was right and the fit is great. The boots are extremely durable. Very comfortable at the same time though.

Horrible boot
I've been riding sportbikes for the better part of 23 years and I know the importance of foot bridge support. Despite being a great looking boot, it's horrible in quality. To wit: Sole is waaaayy too soft to offer support on any long rides. Overlap flap comes apart at seams rather quickly (4 mos that I’ve owned them). I only have two of these side eyelets left on the boot. They all fell off for no apparent reason. There is an area that's supposed to be carbon fiber on the toe for shifting but is so thin it's a pain on long rides. Spend the extra money as I did next time and go for something akin to SIDI or Alpinestars. Before being derisive about someone else's honest review, JAMES, give the guys a rest and let them have their say. That's what this section is all about.

Awesome Boot for the Price
Ignore Rodney's review unless you are a Gold Wing rider touring the U.S. The Vega Matrix boot is a great everyday boot especially for $70. They are super comfortable and broke in quickly. I like how they feel similar to a high-top sneaker but give the extra support and protection of a motorcycle boot.

Garbage
Don't let the great look fool you. These are the cheapest lowest quality boots i have ever in my life purchased. Where should i begin...Overlap flap is apart at the seams after only 3 months of riding. Sole is so damn soft is gets uncomfortable on long rides. No arch support. You're better off with a cheap pair of Payless boots!! Complete garbage.

Excellent boot for around town!
I have worn "race" style boots for most of my riding career but wanted something that I could walk around in after the ride. These hit the spot. They run just a bit small for me, but fit nicely overall. The boots I received look to be fairly high quality. They do need some arch support; however walking around in them is miles ahead of a true race boot. Granted the protection is not as great, but if you need something for the city or to run errands in, these are top notch. If they fall apart in a year, I will get another pair because you can't beat the price!

These boots are very nice. They fit really well. It doesn't take much to break them in. They are very comfortable and easy to put on. They look really awesome and I've gotten a lot of compliments on them. If you don't want to spend too much money and want a nice pair of boots these are the ones to get. The only thing I think they are missing is a little more protection.

Cheap a$$ boots
Well after 7 months they fell apart. Really the bottom of the right boot came completely off, the little eye holes on the side for vents started to pop off one by one, 3 of the loop holes came off and for some reason the left boot lost it's shine while the right boot with no bottom still has a gloss to it. You pay for what you get! They were very comfortable until my heel came through the back/bottom though.
