R'GSXR CHARLOTTE,  NC X-CUBE SHOES/BOOTS I LIKED THESE BOOTS BECAUSE THEY HAVE A HIGHER BACK THAN MOST. (COMPARED TO THE ALPINESTARS 101 AND JOE ROCKET ONES.) THEY COME UP A LITTLE HIGHER THAN I WANTED, BUT VERY COMFORTABLE. VERY LIGHT, NOT BULKY AS SOME, BUT TOUGH CONSTRUCTION. FOR WOMEN OUT THERE, THESE ARE VERY LIGHT AND LOOK “SMALL” ON YOUR FEET W/OUT LOSING THE PROTECTION. I ORDERED A SIZE BIGGER THAN I NORMALLY WEAR AND THEY FIT GREAT!

MZ Stafford,  VA TCX All Purpose Boot I truly love these boots. Great looking, comfortable, and actually universal for all kinds of weather. I wore them in 20 degree weather and in over 80 degrees weather. I have had no problem with them whatsoever! TCS, in my view, is one of the best makers of riding boots, and these boots are no exception.

Keith Litchfield,  NH TCX X- Cube Boot Oct 2008 This is the first real street bike boot that I have bought and I have been riding for 35 years. The size I take depends on the people who make the footwear, usually a 12 to 13 so I opted for the 12 1/2. It fits nicely for riding and answered my first question of WOULD I WEAR it without feeling like I'm TOO SEXY FOR MY BOOTS. It is easily covered by my jeans and is acceptable in other than the saddle. The soles are a bit harder than I realized and in doors it does sound a bit like some one is wearing high heals. The Italian's must have narrow feet in that the boots toe seems to be the only answer to my size. Could have used a size 12 wide. Glad I chose a 12 1/2. The look of the hard toed boot seems to inspire jokes of it belonging to one of the munchkins but with my 15 years of karate this is a plus. Very comfortable and warm while riding in the 23 degree mornings. I usually set my long legs on the rear pegs and they do not slip at all. The laces draw real easy and uniformly and the Velcro closure is absolute. I'm happy with the feel. I wanted something other than a sneaker for the colder weather as I am getting older and seem to not be so willing to endure what I can avoid.
